| Purpose : According to the summarize of balance training theory and the current situation of teenagers TKD training, etc. the research establishes a human body model and experiments with the youth TKD sports as the research object, and explores the effect after completing the action and the role of competitive ability after balance training the men’s youth TKD taking action as the starting point and balancing the training as the breakthrough point. Training methods for such a scientific and systematic are worthy of the focus of juvenile TKD athletes learning and is also a new direction for the study of TKD in the future. It not only enriches the TKD training theory, but also plays a certain reference value for the better use of balance training.Method:In this paper, a total of two experiments, respectively is supported by a single leg standing with eyes closed and eight point star balance testing instrument. By analyzing the data of the two experiments and the dynamic and static balance ability of the young TKD athletes, the core strength training is explored to promote the balance ability of TKD athletes.Result:Experimental group after the core strength training for a period of time, the balance of the group members ability, core strength, have a certain degree of ascension, which makes them action and improve quality of complete; The control group in the traditional strength training, after training effect is not significant,training method needs to be improved.Conclusion:(1) in terms of the current training and competition situation, the traditional strength training, it is difficult to dynamic balance for taekwondo athletes have a positive effective role in promoting improved, even a drop in the results in the experiments, this means that the traditional strength training method in promoting taekwondo athletes of the dynamic balance ability defects and weaknesses(2) the core strength training is through the strengthening of the muscles and nerves in order to achieve the enhancement purpose to the athlete’s core strength, core strength training methods, contents, means, is very rich, after a period of time the core strength training, the experimental group balance ability, core strength and stability are improved better.
