Research On The Guidance Method Of Volleyball Coaches’ Competition

The development of volleyball can not be separated from the work and effort of coaches on and off the court.The situation on the field is changing rapidly,which puts forward higher requirements for coaches’ guidance methods and on-the-spot strategies.In the competition,the coach’s guiding contents,methods and strategies are various,which vary from person to person.Different guiding methods have different effects on the athletes’ competitive state.This article attempts to take the volleyball coach competition guidance method as the research object,Taking a number of experts and coaches in the field of Volleyball as the interviewees,using the methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis as the research means,this paper summarizes the volleyball coaches’ competition guidance methods,uses the qualitative research software nvivo12 to input the text data obtained from the interview,uses the grounded theory to encode and summarize the competition indexes possessed by the volleyball coaches Guide method.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the methods of Volleyball Coaches’ competition guidance include three aspects: pre competition guidance,in competition guidance and post competition guidance.(2)Pre competition guidance methods include: pre competition preparation,pre competition training,training focus,injury prevention and disease prevention,pre competition pressurization and decompression,watching videos to analyze opponents.(3)The guiding method in the match is basically the same as that in the field.This paper summarizes and refines the basic points of coaches’ on-the-spot guidance.(4)The methods of post competition guidance include: methods of post competition summary,timing of summary and different summary methods for different competition results.Through the research of Volleyball Coaches’ game guidance methods,we can enrich the research results in the field of coaches’ game guidance,and provide reference and theoretical basis for coaches’ team building.
