| The professionalization of coaches is the trend of the development of coaches in the world,and also the inevitable requirement of the development of competitive sports.Volleyball coaches,as the leader and commander of sports training,their teaching content is complex and changeable,their personality is distinct,and their behavior is externalized.The professional level of coaches has more and more obvious influence on the development of volleyball.In the Outline of Building a Strong Country in Sports,it is clearly proposed to focus on the development of collective ball games represented by basketball,football and volleyball.However,in recent years,the development of Volleyball in China is unstable: the supply of reserve talents is insufficient,the connection of reserve talents is interrupted,and the performance of men’s volleyball tends to decline.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the professional level of China’s volleyball reserve talent coaches.In this paper,the influencing factors of Chinese volleyball reserve talent coach professionalization as the research object,through the del illegal collection and analysis of 11 experts in the field of sports training,the index of the questionnaire is revised and redistributed,so as to get China’s volleyball reserve talent coach professionalization of the influence factors index system.Taking 196 coaches who participated in the third training course of national reserve volleyball talent coaches in 2019 as the investigation object,the factors influencing the specialization of reserve volleyball talent coaches in China are determined as 7 dimensions by factor analysis method.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:The professional system of Chinese reserve volleyball talent coaches includes 38 index factors.Which included: the reasonable training plan,training load arrangement and regulation ability,training methods and means using ability,competitive level of athletes prediction ability,reasonable use of recovery ability,athlete injury prevention ability,athlete injury rehabilitation application ability,ability to mobilize the active participation of athletes training,before the information collection and analysis ability,ability to practice preachings,ability to summarize and analyze after the game,athletes’ ability to regulate and control the competition state,the ability to execute and judge the competition,the ability to manage the daily affairs of the sports team,the ability to establish a good team style,the ability to persuade and educate team members,the ability to manage athletes’ training,study and life,the ability to deal with emergencies,the ability to reserve reserve reserve talents,the ability of special theory and practice,the application and transformation of scientific research achievements,the ability to innovate special techniques and tactics,the ability to update training plans,the ability to update training methods,learn from other sports training methods,ability to write scientific research papers,ability to self-emotional control,ability to establish a good harmonious relationship with team members,ability to coordinate colleagues and leadership,ability to communicate with athletes’ families,ability to coordinate and communicate with referees,ability to learn,ability to summarize,ability to surpass oneself,ability to learn and communicate in foreign languages,salary level,local government policies,coach training system and mode.Secondly,through the factor analysis,the influencing factors of volleyball reserve talent coach professionalization in China are divided into seven dimensions.Such as special training ability,on-the-spot command ability,management ability,scientific research ability,interpersonal communication ability,self-improvement ability and other factors.Finally,the linear analysis of those seven dimensions of the main factors of the professional system of Chinese reserve volleyball talent coaches shows that the seven dimensions of the main factors of Chinese reserve volleyball talent coaches have a positive impact on the professional system.According to the regression coefficient from large to small: Special training ability,on-the-spot command ability,management ability,interpersonal communication ability,self-improvement ability,scientific research ability,and other factors,among which teaching and training have the most significant impacts. |
