| Volleyball is a collective net competition project,the athletes have a common goal,concerted efforts,struggle,strive for victory.With the continuous improvement of the volleyball competition level,the athletes’ various skills,tactical ability and physical ability have been improved,and the gap between the athletes has gradually become smaller.In the modern volleyball competition,not only is the physical ability,skills,tactical ability and intelligent fierce confrontation,more lies in the psychological competition,the quality of the psychological quality has played a great impact on the result of the game.Teenagers’ body and mind are in the process of development and continuous maturity,and their psychological fluctuations are large.Therefore,how to reasonably target the goal before the game and regulate the appropriate psychological state before the match will become an important factor affecting the performance of young volleyball players,and it has a strong research value to explore the mutual relationship between the three.This study using literature data,scale measurement,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method,using the task in sports and self-directed questionnaire and competition state anxiety questionnaire psychological scale,to participate in the 15 th Gansu province games youth volleyball,and conform to the competition rules and registration conditions between 15-18 athletes research,and the statistical analysis of 235 valid questionnaire.Through the city of Gansu province youth volleyball players before the target orientation(task orientation and self orientation two dimensions)and competition anxiety(cognitive state anxiety,physical state anxiety and state confidence three dimensions)measurement,statistics,analysis of the group in different gender,age,age,sports level,main and substitute and different position of the players before the target orientation,competition anxiety differences and pre-game target orientation,competition anxiety and performance.Further explore the psychological training of target orientation and competition anxiety for youth volleyball players in Gansu Province,to explore and cultivate excellent youth volleyball players for the coaches in our province,and improve the training methods and competitive level scientifically,and promote the continuous development of youth volleyball in Gansu Province.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Young volleyball players in Gansu Province,the task orientation is higher than the self-orientation,which reflects that this group has a good psychological state.Different genders,training years,sports level,main force and substitute,and competition ranking of young volleyball players were significantly different before the competition target orientation.Task orientation is higher for men than women;task orientation with long training years;higher sports level,higher task orientation,the opposite of self-orientation;the top three male and female athletes have higher task orientation than other ranking athletes.Youth volleyball players’ task orientation of different ages also increased with the growth of age,while self-orientation decreased,but there was no significant difference in it.2.Young volleyball players are in a very high state of competition anxiety,showing strong willingness in cognitive state anxiety,physical state anxiety and state self-confidence,among which the state self-confidence is the most prominent.There were significant differences in cognitive state anxiety and state confidence among young volleyball players with different genders,age,training years,sports level,main force,substitute,position and state ranking.Men are higher than women;athletes with younger age,short training years,no sports level and substitute athletes have higher cognitive state anxiety;and their cognitive state anxiety and state confidence are significantly higher than athletes with other positions;the top three male and female athletes have low cognitive state anxiety,low physical state anxiety and high state confidence;the youth volleyball players with different gender,main force and substitute,position and competition ranking have no significant difference in physical state anxiety.3.There is a correlation between the pre-competition target orientation and the dimensions of competition anxiety.Task orientation was negatively associated with cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety,and positively associated with state confidence;self-orientation was positively associated with cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety,and negatively associated with state confidence.Task orientation,physical state anxiety,and state confidence were positively correlated with competition performance;self-orientation,and cognitive state anxiety were negatively associated with competition performance.Multiple regression showed that target orientation and competition anxiety had significant positive effects on competition performance.Based on the study conclusion,make the following recommendations:1.In daily training,the volleyball coaches of the young team should comprehensively consider the age,sports level,main force,substitute and playing position and other factors,teach students according to different types of young athletes,give full play to their individual advantages,and improve the group target orientation.2.Help young volleyball players to develop a reasonable pre-game target orientation,reduce the competition anxiety of young volleyball players,and promote their active training and good competition state.According to the position on the field,give full play to the role of the core players,strengthen the psychological training of other positions of the players,and improve the overall goal orientation and self-confidence of the team.3.The volleyball coaches of the youth team focus on cultivating their confidence with low sports level,young age,short training years,and reducing their self-confidence and reserve anxiety level.For the players with high sports level,old age and long training years,attention should be paid to improving the diversity of skills and tactics,which can be used flexibly used in the competition.4.Young team volleyball coaches through simulated game scenario,real restore the game,through practice,accumulate experience,in the pre-game training,the coaches should timely understand the athletes before the target orientation tendency,clear know their own strength,increase self-confidence,make the players before the game psychological more mature,actively face the game,reduce the cognitive anxiety psychological anxiety,reduce the pre-game anxiety. |
