Volleyball is one of the sports with the widest spread and the largest number of participants in the world.The development of volleyball in China has a broad mass foundation and vigorous vitality.With the promotion and support of all levels of institutions and school sports departments,volleyball has not only achieved good results in the development of the masses,but also in the development of professional sports personnel and the construction also showed a scene of talents.With a good development environment and national support and construction,China’s volleyball players have repeatedly made great achievements in the international arena,and the Chinese women’s volleyball team has repeatedly won the championship.It is an enduring story.With the attention of people and the arrival of strong national support,the development of volleyball will gradually become the focus of everyone’s attention.Volleyball training and teaching as the basis for the development of volleyball will naturally become everyone’s attention.Ankle injury is one of the most common injuries in volleyball.In addition to the irresistible injury factors,a large part of the ankle injury is caused by the decline in athletes’ balance ability.It has been found through research that improving the proprioception of the ankle joint can affect an individual’s ability to balance.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the effectiveness of teaching and training and reducing the impact of sports injuries,the research plan verifies the actual effect by conducting proprioceptive training for volleyball students.This paper uses scientific research methods such as literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to take the effect of ankle joint proprioceptive training on the balance ability of volleyball students as the research object.The correlation test(P <0.05)before the experiment shows that the experimental grouping is not Significant difference.Integrate expert opinions and literature data to develop an experimental plan.After 6 weeks of experimentation,the test data is summarized and summarized as follows:1.Six weeks of muscle strength training can improve the balance and stability of the ankle joint in the left and right directions of volleyball students,but it has little effect on the balance and stability in the front and back direction.2.The method of 6 weeks of proprioceptive training combined with muscle strength training has a better effect on improving the balance stability of the ankle joint in the front-back direction of volleyball students,and has a certain effect on improving the balance stability of the ankle joint in the left-right direction.3.6 weeks of proprioceptive training combined with muscle strength training can effectively improve the balance control ability of ankle joints for volleyball students,but 6 weeks of muscle strength training improves balance control ability to a lesser extent.4.Compared with the 6-week muscle strength training,the 6-week proprioception training combined with the muscle strength training method has a better effect on improving the balance ability of volleyball students.
