| Objective: The study aimed to explore the impact of ankle proprioception training on human balance on different surfaces by conducting index tests on subjects with ankle proprioception training, including proprioception testing and dynamic balance testing,to provide theoretical support for joint injury rehabilitation. Methods: 45 ordinary male college students were recruited as the research objects, and they were randomly allocated to the flat group, the BOSU group and the control group, each with 15 people. The flat group and the BOSU group received about 25 minutes of ankle proprioception training, which the control group received no intervention at all. Before and after training, the proprioception indexes of the subjects’ dominant hip and ankle were measured by the CON-TREX human kinetics testing, and the subjects’ dynamic balance indexes were measured by SEBT(Star Excursion Balance Test)and FRT(Functional Reach Test)at the same time. The one-way variance was used to analyze the differences of various indicators, and α=0.05 was selected for the test level.Results:(1)Before training, about plantar flexion AE(Absolute Error)and dorsiflexion AE in the ankle proprioception, there was no significant difference among the flat group, the BOSU group and the control group(P>0.05);about flexion AE and abduction AE in the hip proprioceptive, there was no significant difference among the flat group, the BOSU group and the control group(P>0.05);about SEBT and FRT in dynamic balance, there was no significant difference among the flat group, the BOSU group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)After training, about plantar flexion AE in the ankle proprioception, there was a significant difference between the flat group and the control group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the flat group and the BOSU group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the BOSU group and the control group(P>0.05);about dorsiflexion AE in the ankle joint proprioception, there was a significant difference between the flat group and the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the flat group and the BOSU group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the BOSU group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)After training, about flexion AE in the hip proprioception, there was a significant difference between the BOSU group and the control group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the BOSU group and the flat group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with the control group and the flat group(P>0.05);about abduction AE in the hip proprioception, there was a significant difference between the BOSU group and the control group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the BOSU group and the flat group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the flat group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)After training, about SEBT and FRT in the dynamic balance, there was a significant difference between the flat group and the control group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the BOSU group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the flat group and the BOSU group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ankle proprioception training on unstable and stable surfaces could improve the body’s dynamic balance ability;however, the ankle proprioception training on unstable surface mainly improved hip joint proprioception ability, which had no significant effect on ankle proprioception;the ankle proprioception training on the stable surface mainly improved the proprioception ability of the ankle, but had no significant effect on the proprioception ability of the hip;In the proprioception training,it is recommended to use training on the unstable surface to improve the proprioception of the hip,and training on the stable surface to improve the proprioception of the ankle. |
