| Athletes and sports teams usually carry out pre-competition strength and conditioning training according to the plan before major competitions,and the pre-competition training plan is an important guarantee for athletes and sports teams to achieve excellent results.This paper takes Henan adult women’s three-player basketball team as the research object,and selects 6 athletes from Henan Adult women’s three-player basketball team as the main investigation objects.Field investigation method,expert interview method,literature method,case analysis method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods are used to make analysis.Through literature method,the researches on three-person basketball,pre-competition training,basketball strength and conditioning training,athletes’ pre-competition psychology and other aspects are summarized.The strength and conditioning training content of Henan adult women’s three-person basketball team before the 14 th National Games was observed and recorded by field investigation method.By visiting experts in related fields,more knowledge about basketball training and strength and conditioning training was obtained.This paper focuses on understanding the importance,key points,difficulties of strength and conditioning training of Henan Adult women’s three-person basketball team and the specific implementation of pre-competition training,and carries out an experimental test on the effect of strength and conditioning training.Combined with the test results and the actual play of the team in the game,this paper summarizes the characteristics of pre-competition strength and conditioning training of Henan adult women’s three-person basketball team and the training experience of preparing for the National Games,so as to complete the paper.To provide the basis data and reference materials for formulating scientific strength and conditioning training plans for three persons before basketball games.It has certain reference significance for the pre-competition strength and conditioning training of women’s three-player basketball,and certain promotion significance for the development and level improvement of Henan three-player basketball program.Research results:1.According to the analysis of pre-competition training plan arrangement and training content arrangement,the arrangement of the whole 16 preparation stages can be divided into 4 stages.In the whole training process,a good foundation is laid through general physical strength and special preparation period,and then strength transformation and pre-competition adjustment are carried out.2.The strength and conditioning training of Henan Adult Women’s three-person Basketball team before the 14 th National Games focuses on improving the maximum muscle strength of the athletes,which is carried out by the combination of upper limb "push" and lower limb "pull" or the combination of upper limb "pull" and lower limb "push".The strength of the athletes has increased significantly and the ability of attack and defense on the court has been enhanced.3.New air resistance training equipment is introduced into pre-competition physical training for safer and more efficient training.At the same time,combined with traditional free equipment,every training day will be arranged to strengthen small muscle groups and core strength training.Supine position has the highest static support growth rate,and core ability is significantly enhanced.4.After comparing the physical test data before and after the four stages of training,the physical test data was significantly improved and the overall strength was improved.Through strength training and rapid stretching load training,the rapid strength and explosive power were enhanced,and the team’s offensive and defensive transition ability was enhanced.It is beneficial for Henan team to play in the three-man basketball court and win the silver medal.The effect of physical training has been tested. |
