Research On The Construction Of Compound Coach Team In Badminton Club Of Beijing Sport University

Under the background of the “university + base” teaching mode reform of Beijing Sport University,the interdisciplinary coach team of the University Badminton Club is established to meet the demand of reform and development.In order to improve its scientific and efficient training and to build a high-level talent pool for competition training which can meet the needs of national competitive sports development in the new era,it is an imperative task to study the construction of the interdisciplinary coach team.Therefore,under the research methods of documents,questionnaires and interview of experts etc.,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of the coach team of the Badminton Club from Beijing Sport University.Based on theoretical knowledge and real training,it focuses on the operating mechanism of the interdisciplinary coach team of the Badminton Club.The findings are as follows:1.There are many problems in the coach team of Badminton Club of Beijing Sport University,for example,the role of team members is single,only the leader,the head coach,the assistant coach and the physical coach are set up in the coach team,and many positions are vacant.The team awareness of the members is not strong,37.5% of the team members have no clear understanding of the concept of the team,and 44% of the team members say they have not been fully developed in the team.2.Through the study of team theory,as a high-performance team,composite coaching team should have the characteristics of team: complementary skills,shared leadership,information sharing and active coordination.At present,the construction of composite coach team of high-level team in China also provides us with corresponding practical experience.3.In constructing the interdisciplinary coach team,the theory of team construction is adopted.The organizational structure of the team is remarkably improved through the task-oriented approach and the role approach.Besides,the scientific dynamic mechanism and operation process is also built and perfected,following the division of labor responsibility system under the leadership of the Team Committee.4.For the sustainable development and progress of the badminton club composite coach team of Beijing Sport University,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the work of innovation driving,information sharing and systematic training of team members.
