Under the background of sports power,youth sports training institutions have sustained and extensive economic benefits and social values.In order to promote the development of badminton coaches’ professional quality in youth sports training institutions,the present situation of badminton coaches’ professional quality in youth sports training institutions of Desn Sunshine is taken as the research object through the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,Delphi and comparative analysis.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the professional quality of Desn Sunshine badminton coaches,and uses the evaluation system to make an empirical analysis of the badminton coaches of Desn Sunshine.On this basis,it puts forward the path to improve the professional quality of the badminton coaches of Desn Sunshine.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.The professional literacy index system of Desn Sunshine badminton coaches is composed of four first-level indexes,namely moral literacy,knowledge literacy,ability literacy and physical and mental literacy,as well as nine second-level indexes and 62third-level indexes.2.At present,the professional quality of Desn Sunshine badminton coaches is in general level,and there are differences due to gender,age,teaching years,education level and training frequency.3.The professional quality improvement of the badminton coaches of Desn Sunshine is based on independent improvement of the subject and multi-way promotion of the object.Subject independent promotion:moral cultivation,improve the ideological and moral quality;Strengthen knowledge reserve,enhance the level of specialization;Regularly participate in training and assessment to promote the improvement of ability and quality;Constantly reflect on yourself to improve your physical and mental health.Multiple ways to promote the object:ideological guidance,strengthen the construction of the excellent team of coaches;Optimize resource allocation and implement talent training mechanism;Optimize the training system to improve professional competence;Create a good environment to enhance happiness. |
