| With the World Women’s Tennis Association,or WTA events,in Shenzhen,the country’s tennis base is gaining momentum,and the demand for the number and quality of domestic tennis referees is increasing.Domestic referees are less professional than europe and the united states,with fewer international tennis referees and fewer gold and silver referees.Overall,there is still a gap.By studying the training mode of tennis referee and the main influencing factors which restrict the development,the author looks for the problem of the current development of tennis referee in Beijing.Face to face and actively put forward suggestions for improvement,hoping to contribute to the cause of Chinese tennis referees.Using factor analysis,variable descriptive analysis,regression model and other related research methods,this paper deeply understands the training,management and practice analysis of different types of training models for tennis referees in Beijing,and investigates and studies the group of tennis referees in Beijing.After data statistics,four common factors are extracted as independent variables for regression analysis.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Single training model.At this stage,the training times of tennis referees in our country are relatively small and the training time is relatively short.Before this,the training of 1 referee team is mostly pre-match assault training,each time before the start of the competition training,rather than the planned regular training,which makes the tennis referees in our country lack of systematic training.(2)The management system is weak.The management of referees shall be registered,selected,rewarded and punished.The registration method of tennis referees in Beijing is relatively single;the selection method of referees’ work is not perfect;reward and punishment of referees is not carried out in place.(3)Insufficient quantity of practice and feedback.The referee does not have enough competition to judge and observe during the internship period.In the practice of tennis referee sanctions,the spot problem can not get the solution immediately.International competitions have special personnel supervision feedback referee work,but in small and medium-sized,provincial and municipal tennis competitions there is no special institutions and personnel set up supervision feedback practice work.(4)Referee team is highly cohesive.According to the model,the team cohesion of tennis referees in Beijing is high,which indicates that the professional consciousness of referees is very high.The team spirit of the referee team is strong,which is the embodiment of a sports spirit,which is the basic accomplishment and basic requirement of building a strong referee team.The following recommendations were made:(1)Grading training.Different ways are used,such as online video teaching,offline large class training and so on,to train the professional business of referees.Set up points for different course duration,watch or participate to get points,the annual referee registration requirements this year to meet the required points before the normal registration.Urge the existing referees to learn,so that more people who love the work of tennis referees to participate in the work of tennis referees.(2)Data management.The registration method adopts modern convenient and quick way.The competitive mode of selecting and making the referee database not only promotes the enthusiasm of the judges who love the tennis match to participate in the tennis match,but also selects out a group of high-quality tennis referees during this period.(3)Establish practical feedback system,introduce or develop the evaluation method of data science.such as the development of scientific evaluation forms,the referee for others evaluation and self-evaluation.The content includes the referee should have the referee basic knowledge,effectively communicates with each department.Constantly develop and improve tennis referee skills and refereeing level. |
