Research On Apparatus Difficulty Composition Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Exercises In China

Background: The development of rhythmic gymnastics in China has been faced great challenges.In the increasingly competitive competition field,how to break through our bottleneck of the current situation of rhythmic gymnastics is particularly important.In the face of the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,World Championships and other international competitions,it is imminent to improve the competitive level of Chinese athletes.2017-2020 International Rhythmic Gymnastics code of points launched "difficulty value is not capped",making the apparatus difficulty becoming the most important element of composition.How to compose the apparatus difficulty is the winning factor of competition.Methods: This study analyzed code of points of Rhythmic Gymnastics by the methods of documentary and expert interview and combined with the observation method to replay the competition videos.Compare and analyze the 64 sets of exercises composition on the number,score,type,form,space using and execution by the top 8 athletes in the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in 2019.To looking for advantages and disadvantages,and enhance The composition ability of apparatus difficulty ability of the High-level Rhythmic Gymnasts in China,so that the athletes can use the optimal arranging of difficult movements in the competition and show their best sports skills to improve their sports performance;to improve the skill expression of the individual items of Rhythmic Gymnastics in China and break through the current development bottleneck,to enhance the comprehensive implementation of the rhythmic gymnastics in China.Results:1.The change of 2017-2020 International Rhythmic Gymnastics code of points,let apparatus difficulty has become the advantageous way to pull the whole value of complete sets of movements.Apparatus difficulty development has become the core of the diversified development of rhythmic gymnastics.However,the individual rhythmic gymnasts in our country couldn’t use this advantage of four apparatus,which indirectly affected the total score of Chinese athletes.2.Compare with abroad athletes,domestic athletes had significant differences in scores of hoop,ball and ribbon items.It showed the unbalanced development and poor overall level of apparatus difficulty composition in China.The gap between estimated total number and the actual completion number of individual exercises is the reason for the low apparatus difficulty score of the excellent athletes in China.3.The imbalance of apparatus difficulty composition of individual exercises in China is mainly lacking in the 0.4 type difficulty.The abroad athletes have used the least time and the most valuable apparatus difficulty movements,which is the weakness of Chinese athletes.4.From the point of view of the difficulty action form of the apparatus,the difficulty action form of the apparatus formed in the composition of the difficulty action of the complete apparatus of the individual rhythmic gymnastics athletes in China is lower than that of the foreign athletes.The main problem is that the stability of the apparatus technology and the body difficulty of the athletes in China is poor,so the difficulty value is reduced considering the success rate.5.In terms of space utilization,the individual rhythmic gymnasts in China are mainly distributed in middle and low space but lack of high space using,diversity and innovation.6.In order to improve the composition level of the elite athletes apparatus difficulty in the individual events in China,it is necessary to improve the apparatus ability of the athletes;according to the composition characteristics reasonably construct the whole set of apparatus difficulty movements;diversify the difficulty types of the apparatus used in the arrangement;establish the innovation consciousness and improve the innovation ability.
