| Compared with group exercisess,the individual exercisess of artistic gymnastics in China are relatively weak,and the overall level needs to be improved.According to the 2017-2020 version of the scoring rules,the total difficulty score is not capped,and the number of difficulty movements of the apparatus is at least one.,Pushed the development of Apparatus Difficulty movements to a climax,therefore,a large number of high-value Apparatus Difficulty movements will become a key factor affecting the final score.In view of this,based on the 2017-2020 version of the scoring rules,the study further analyzes the differences in the number of difficult movements,scores,completion forms,combination types,and final scores of domestic and foreign rhythmic gymnastics individual athletes.This paper explores the factors that affect the final score of the Apparatus Difficulty movements of individual items of rhythmic gymnastics in China,and provides theoretical reference and reference for improving the final score of Apparatus Difficulty movements of individual athletes of rhythmic gymnastics in China,and the individual Apparatus Difficulty.The dissertation uses literature method,interview method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method for research.The main conclusions include:1.The "Apparatus Difficulty" in the 2017 version of the rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules evolved from "proficiency in apparatus".The number of difficulty levels of the apparatus changed from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10 to an unlimited number.Based on the addition of two high score types of 0.3 and 0.4,the total difficulty score was adjusted from very low to uncapped.2.In China,the complete set and combination types of Apparatus Difficulty for individual athletes is relatively simple,and the apparatus technology and bonus standards are relatively single.It does not reflect the technical characteristics of various apparatus,and lacks a reasonable and rapid connection between difficulty apparatus movements.3.The technical level of the top eight individual athletes in China is uneven,and there is a large difference in the difficulty level of the equipment.One to four athletes use more high-value types of 0.3 and 0.4,and the number is higher.Divided into the main types and the completion efficiency is low,which is one of the main problems that cause the obvious difference between the top eight athletes in China and the top eight athletes abroad.4.The top eight athletes at home and abroad have the least number of exercises in a single set of difficulty apparatus in four sets.Their total number ratios(foreign /domestic)are 89/72 and 11/9 per capita.The combination of physical difficulty,Apparatus Difficulty,and exercise circle exercise is the most widely used in the four sets,with a total number of 62/20 and 8/3 per capita.The combination of apparatus and difficulty movements with dance steps is the least used in the four sets,the ratio is 4/5.This type of combination is used in three sets of circle,ball,and stick exercises in the combination of dynamic motion(R)combined with difficulty movements of apparatus,and the proportions are 2/0,4/1,and 2 respectively./ 0,the difference is obvious at home and abroad.5.In terms of the use of high-value Apparatus Difficulty movements,there are obvious differences between domestic and foreign athletes.Among them,0.7 points(0.3 + 0.4)of Apparatus Difficulty movements are formed in combination with throwing skills,and the total number and score ratio(foreign / domestic)are respectively For lap exercises: 25/16,17.5 points / 11.2 points,ball exercises: 22/11,16.1 points / 7.7 points,stick exercises: 16/24,11.2 points / 13.3 points,with exercises: 13 / 12,9.1 / 8.4.6.It is necessary to break through the athlete’s inherent Apparatus Difficulty movement scheduling ideas;closely combine athletes’ technical expertise and apparatus characteristics to highlight personalized Apparatus Difficulty movement creation;various types of Apparatus Difficulty combinations;use rules to enrich apparatus technology training forms,and comprehensively improve the individual Project athlete apparatus skill level. |
