A Comparative Study On The Apparatus Difficulty Of Individual Rhythmic Gymnasts At Home And Abroad

The competition level of individual rhythmic gymnastics in my country is far from that of leading foreign countries.Improving the technical level of equipment and sports performance of individual athletes is conducive to improving the development of rhythmic gymnastics in China and the overall competitive strength.Descriptive rules,each individual project of complete sets of at least one apparatus difficulty,has no limit on the number of requirements,this means that the instrument has no difficulty of caps at the same time,according to its own technical level athletes can get more number of apparatus difficulty movement,will greatly improve the overall score of complete set of movements,brings to the excellent players greater challenges and development space,It fully reflects the irreplaceable importance of instrument difficulty in individual projects.According to the 2017-2020 international scoring rules,this thesis takes the comparison of instrument difficulty movements of Chinese and foreign elite rhythmic gymnastics individual athletes as the research object.Literature study,expert interview,observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis research method,Comparing Chinese and foreign outstanding rhythmic gymnastics individual athletes’ apparatus difficulty movements,looking for the problems existing in the score of apparatus difficulty,the composition of apparatus difficulty movements,and the manifestation of apparatus difficulty between Chinese and foreign elite athletes,analyzing the root causes,and putting forward reasonable suggestions,with a view to providing a reference for improving the competition level of individual rhythmic gymnastics in China,and laying a solid foundation for the success of individual rhythmic gymnastics in my country in the future.Research Conclusions:（1）The score of apparatus difficulty of Chinese and foreign elite rhythmic gymnasts is focused on 0.3,and there is almost no difference in the number of 0.3 and 0.4,but the number of 0.2 score of foreign gymnasts is significantly higher than that of China,resulting in the overall low score of instrument difficulty in China.Our country has ignored the importance of the difficulty selection type of apparatus with 0.2 score,so there is a certain gap compared with foreign elite athletes.（2）Compared with foreign elite gymnasts,the application level of apparatus technique in difficulty movement of apparatus has been greatly improved,but there is a certain gap in the selection of apparatus technique types reflecting the typical characteristics of apparatus;In Our country,the overall number of difficulty standards for equipment selection is small,and the quantitative types of standards are not balanced,which makes the selection of difficulty standards for equipment single and lack of creativity.（3）My country’s outstanding rhythmic gymnasts’ performance of apparatus difficulty is lower than that of foreign athletes in terms of individual,body difficulty and dance steps combination.The performance of equipment difficulty in my country is similar to foreign athletes in terms of novelty of body movements and outstanding typical characteristics of apparatus.There is still a certain distance.The overall number of ingenious connections between apparatus difficulty and other difficulties in my country is lower than that of foreign countries,ignoring the special scoring form of the re-creation of the value of apparatus difficulty,resulting in the same expression of apparatus difficulty in complete sets of actions in my country,losing its original intention of innovation value.
