Study Comparative Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Competitons In Ribbon Apparatus Technique In Chinese And Abroad

From theory to practice,from macro to micro,in sports competitions,rules can be said to affect the whole body,clearly guiding the specific direction of project development.This research reveals the dialectical relationship between competition rules and event development through the exploration of the micro-element of apparatus technology in rhythmic gymnastics.Under the guidance of the international scoring rules for rhythmic gymnastics,the difficulty groups is constantly updated and upgraded.With the rapid development of the difficulty of individual competitions in rhythmic gymnastics,the difficulty groups structure has shown a diversified trend,including the trend of flexible use of body difficulty movements and apparatus difficulty movements,showing that the body and apparatus support the complete movements groups together.This research uses literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis.Under the standards of the 2017 International Rhythmic Gymnastics rules,a total of 18 sets of individual competitions of Chinese and foreign athletes are selected,and the four groups of exercises are analyzed in detail.The difficulty of equipment technical movements application and completion of in part of the,in-depth exploration of the root causes of the gap between Chinese and foreign athletes in apparatus technical movements,and proposes the use of apparatus and technology in line with individual Chinese rhythmic gymnastics athletes,providing a feasible reference for the development of individual rhythmic gymnastics,So that China’s individual competitions rhythmic athletes refresh their scores in international competitions.The research results show that:(1)The richness of the connotation of device difficulty is a long process of evolution,and the attention of the rules to device technology is gradually increasing.The types of apparatus technical actions were scattered in the last Olympic cycle of rules,and the number of them has reached an unprecedented number.The grouping and refinement of device technical actions have reached the basic stability of the form in this rule,clearly emphasizing the important position of device technical actions in the completes.(2)Chinese and foreign outstanding rhythmic gymnastics athletes have their own distinct characteristics in the apparatus and technical movements of individual exercises.Russian athletes were strong individuality,flexibility,high thrills,and fullness.The Chinese athletes apparatus technology is monotonous,unevenly distributed,lacks thrilling touches,and lacks elements.Need considerable development and progress.(3)There is a certain gap in the completion of individual competitions in Chinese and foreign excellent rhythmic gymnastics.The overall quality of Chinese players lags behind that of Russian players.Foreign players have fewer apparatus technical errors;Chinese players,in addition to the unstable factors of large-scale throwing,also have a series of technical errors with tail dragging and unclear belt shape;there is a big gap between the stable and high-level application of foreign apparatus and technology.(4)The coordinated development of body and apparatus has become a clear direction for the development of rhythmic gymnastics.The result of the combination of body and apparatus is,in the final analysis,affected by the acuity of the coach’s rules and the level of the athlete’s personal ability.Endowing the innovative value of combining device technology with the four major difficulties is an effective way to improve the level of device technology application,and it is also a major challenge for coaches and athletes.
