Comparative Analysis Of Aerobic Gymnastic Of Chinese And Foreign Complete Of Movements In Individual For The Age Group Two

In today’s world aerobics competition,the gap in the level of national aerobics team is narrowing,leading to more and more fierce competition in the world events.As the strongest and most outstanding item in the competition,the single event represents the top level of each country,and the competition is especially fierce.China,as a well-established team,has not won the first gold medal in the men’s singles since the 9th World Championships in 2006,and has failed to win the first medal in the singles events in the following competitions.This is undoubtedly a severe challenge to China’s aerobics,at the same time,it is also a test of reserve talents in our country.In recent years,most of the research on competitive aerobics in China is focused on the adult group,while the International Age Group 2 is a link between the preceding and the following.In order to further consolidate and strengthen the competitive power of Chinese aerobics in the world,this study aims at strengthening the reserve power of Chinese aerobics,taking the 2018 world age group single event final and the 2018 German champions single event final as the research object,the main use of literature review,expert interviews and other methods of research analysis,through the comparative analysis of the Difficulty Movement,the gymnastics movement,the transition and connection movement,the skill movement and the complete set strength of the two groups of age single player,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Difficult Movements: Chinese men’s singles players have more use of the root group,with little difference in women’s singles;Foreign players use more movements in group C and have stronger requirements for lower limbs.Foreign players have low difficulty repetition rate and rich technical reserves;The total score difference between China and foreign countries is not big,but the difficulty of foreign men’s singles players is more than that of Chinese men’s singles players,while the difficulty of foreign women’s singles players is more than that of Chinese women’s singles players.The difficulty spatial distribution of Chinese men’s singles players is relatively scattered and balanced,while Chinese women’s singles players are more concentrated than foreign women’s singles players,but they are concentrated in the middle row,so the difficulty display is more clear.In terms of time layout,the number of difficult moves and score distribution of foreign players were all Preceding paragraph>The middle paragraphs>Following paragraph2.Operation Movements: the number of Chinese and foreign operation units is within 8-10,with little difference;In the form of connecting Chinese and foreign players,the combination of two operation units is mostly;Both Chinese and foreign players have more asymmetrical upper limb movements than symmetrical movements.In terms of lower limbs,the ratio of single and double feet is more balanced.From the track of the track,the track of the foreign players is more balanced,but the Chinese players are better than the foreign players.From the perspective of the three spatial changes of operation,the number of flips used in China and foreign countries is more than that on the ground,and the number of flips used by foreign players is more than that of Chinese players.3.Skill Movements: the number and types of skill movements used by foreign players are more than that of Chinese players,especially the skills of somersault.From the perspective of skill use,Chinese and foreign players mostly use skill movements for transition and connection movements,while only 1 foreign men’s singles player and 1 foreign women’s singles player use skill movements for difficulty movements.4.Transition and Connection Movements: there is little difference between Chinese and foreign men’s singles and Chinese and foreign women’s singles in terms of the number of transition connection.Chinese men’s singles players have more space changes in transition and connection movements than foreign men’s singles players,while foreign women’s singles players are more abundant than Chinese women’s singles players.
