Lifting action is a special element in the collective project of complete set of movements. The wonderful, unique and smooth lifting action package is the flash point in the action, whichare important factors in art evaluation needing to be considered. Competition rules were adjustednearly in the four versions of the FIG aerobic gymnastics, in particular the2009-2012rulesversion,which allows illegal actions for three times, and that provides coaches even broaderspace and makes higher demands on the quality of athletes. In recent years, aerobic gymnastics of China has ranked high in the world, especially thethree and six collective projects, while the mix-doubles project results have been poor.Basedon the top three winners’videos in the tenth、eleventh and twelfth World Sports AerobicsChampionships, we made a research named “Investigation and Analysis of Aerobic Gymnasticscollective project development status of liftting actions”. In this research, we analyzed theversions from2001to2016using comparative analysis. What’s more, we analyzed the top threewinners in some typical events, exploring the fluencies factors and the development law.Eventually, trying to provide new thought and offering the basic theory, we used logic analysislaw to conclude features and the effect factors of the lifting action. The result of the research indicates that: lifting action is playing an increasingly importantpart in art scoring, which is more stable than others. Therefore, the key to success lies in the artscoring. And this phenomenon requires our coaches and the athletes to pay more attention to thecreativity in the process. Furthermore, we should focus on the arrangements of details to enhancethe artistic value of set movements. As we all know, lifting action is developing in diversedirections, which means higher requirements for coaches and the athlete s training, so no one candeny the fact that the spirit of teamwork should not be ignored.
