A Study On The Administration Of Social Work Institutions From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence ——A Case Study Of B Institute In GuangZhou

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,China’s social structure has undergone a rapid transformation.In this process,China’s social problems have become increasingly prominent,and social needs have shown a trend of diversification.At present,the government cannot provide all social services independently as it did in the planned economy.In the process of social transformation and development,the government transfers part of its public service functions to social organizations in order to achieve innovative social governance.As a part of social organizations,social work is one of the main recipients of social public services in China.The important role of social work in the field of public services is increasingly recognized by the country and society.But in the process of the rapid development of social work,there are also many problems.After more than ten years of practice and resource input,the government provides grassroots public services through the form of government purchase of services.However,in terms of the improvement of public services and the development of social organizations,the purchase of public services still fails to achieve the expected effect.As the leading party,the government takes actions in the process of purchasing services,and what are the influences brought by these actions,what is the internal action logic behind them,and what are the influences on the survival and development of social work.Thinking about these issues can enrich the research perspective of the relationship between the government and social work organizations,and provide reasonable suggestions for the government to purchase public services.The core concept of social work emphasizes that "people are in the situation",and the development of anything is not independent.The development of social work organization and the environment it is in are an interactive process,so the environment of social work should be paid attention to,so as to analyze and solve the problems of professional presentation.This article takes social organization Guangzhou B as an example,by means of participatory observation,literature analysis and in-depth interview,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the constraints brought by "administrationalization" to the development of social work and the difficulties faced by the development of social work under the background of government-led promotion of professional social development.The research of this paper shows that in the current "administrative" relationship under the government purchase of services,the professional development of social work is affected,the emotional exhaustion of social work professionals is large,and the turnover rate of social workers is increased.After analysis and discussion,this paper discusses the countermeasures from the perspective of cracking "resource dependence" through government departments and social institutions.The research on the administration under the government purchase of services is a reflection on the current political and social relations and a critical reflection on the social work organization itself.The author hopes that under the discussion of this paper,it can provide some referential Suggestions for the improvement of the development environment of social work institutions and the improvement of political and social relations.
