| The “Several Opinions of the State Council on Current Development of Preschool Education” promulgated in 2010 put forward ten new policies on preschool education.The state must not only increase efforts to solve the problem of “difficulty in entering the kindergarten”,but also ensure that Covering and ensuring basic pre-school education public services to improve the quality of pre-school education.Since then,the quality of education in kindergartens has become a concern of many parties.In particular,the quality of education in kindergartens in poor mountain areas where the “minority,borderland and poor places” is even more affecting.As the leader of the development of kindergartens in poverty-stricken mountainous areas,the kindergarten directors of poor mountainous areas have a close relationship with the quality of education in their gardens.This paper selects the two directors of X Kindergarten in Luxi County,Hunan Province as the research object,conducts long-term and in-depth observation,collects materials that can reflect the education quality view of the poor mountainous garden directors,and presents the quality of kindergarten education of the poor mountainous garden directors by way of case.The concept reveals the problems existing in the concept of education quality,and analyzes the causes.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the quality of education of the heads of poor mountainous areas.The full text is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the origin,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the literature review from the aspects of kindergarten education quality,kindergarten education quality concept,quality of kindergarten education in poor mountain areas,and quality education concept of poor kindergarten teachers.Clarify the connotation of “quality of kindergarten education”and“quality of kindergarten education”,and explain the research methods and ideas of this research.The second chapter is to present the educational quality concept of the poor mountain heads.From the perspectives of the poor mountain village directors on the conditions of the park and the teachers,the conditional quality concept is described.From the poor mountain heads to the teaching activities,game activities,life education Three aspects of health care activities are used to describe the quality of the education process.The third chapter is to reveal the problems in the quality of education for kindergarten directors in poor mountainous areas.The fourth chapter takes Brownfin Brenner’s ecosystem theory as the main line,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the education quality of the poor mountainous schools from the macro system,the mesoscopic system and the micro system.Finally,on this basis,it puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of the quality of education for kindergarten directors in poor mountainous areas. |
