In 2012,the China Development Research Foundation,in collaboration with the people's Government of G County,a national poor county,implemented the project of "Mountain Village Kindergarten Program" to help the poverty-stricken areas in G county to develop preschool education and eliminate poverty.In the past few years,the rate of kindergarten admission in G county has increased from 44.1%to 84.7%,which has effectively promoted the development of preschool education in G county.Children in mountain villages have access to gardens,but what about children's life and study after admission?How is the development of the mountain village kindergarten?In this regard,I take the X mountain village kindergarten in G County as an example to carry out field investigation,describe and analyze the real,fresh and comprehensive life and education situation of the X mountain village kindergarten,analyze and summarize the dilemma of the survival and development of the kindergarten,and think about the path of the future development of the kindergarten kindergarten.The full text mainly includes five parts.The first chapter introduces the origin,purpose,significance of the research,and a summary of the related projects of preschool education in poor rural areas,mountain village kindergartens and foreign poverty-stricken areas.The connotation of "Mountain Village Kindergarten" and "Survival and Development" are expounded,and the research methods of this study are illustrated.The second chapter goes into the field and introduces the background of"mountain village kindergarten",including the humanities and ecological environment of G County,the project of "Mountain Village Kindergarten Program" and the "brief history" of the development of X mountain village kindergarten.The third chapter shows the situation of life and education in the four aspects of X mountain village kindergarten,"embarrassingly short of money but No dependence","One can't make bricks without straw","Daughter of the mountain village Volunteering for the mountain village kindergarten" "wearing the new shoes and walking the old road",which shows the situation of the survival and development of the village kindergarten in four aspects of wealth,material,people and the quality of teaching.The fourth chapter analyzes the difficulties of the survival and development of the village kindergartens,mainly including the difficulties of the professional and professional embarrassment to the survival and development of the mountain village,the shackles of the management of the village kindergartens to their survival and development,and the hindrance of the village traditional backward thinking on the survival and development of the kindergarten.In the fifth chapter,the author ponder over the future development of the village kindergarten.First of all,because of the limit of the mountain village conditions,I think that the external teachers who are not willing to walk in passively and passively are "Looking for help in the neighbourhood",and the volunteer's professional development is "An antidote against the disease",which makes the volunteer teachers transform to the professional teachers.Secondly,Breaking management predicament by"Co-governance promotes autonomy".the government must change the management concept with "human-oriented",and optimize services.The government should clarify responsibilities,make clear the government's investment and join forces to solve the worries of village kindergartens'survival and development.At the same time,we should reform the educational management system,strengthen the guidance and supervision of kindergartens in mountain villages,and avoid managing "empty spaces".Finally,for the lost of young children's education in the mountain village,The author believes that the education of children in mountain villages should be returned to the life of the mountain villages.Breaking the confinement of the old ideas of the mountain villages,and then create the village education environment and set up new ideas;the village kindergarten education goes to the mountains and fields to regain the village culture and fully excavate the local resources.At the same time,families,schools and kindergartens should join hands to cancel children's duty.
