With the rapid development of mobile Internet technologies in recent years,creating innovative talent management models and platforms based on mobile Internet platform has become the focus of the current development in talent management field.In this paper,with the company D as a subject of research,the current talent management strategies,policies and related present status of the company D are studied and analyzed.On this basis,the new demands,which the talent development management information system of the company D faces in the context of mobile Internet,are deeply analyzed and explored.Eventually,the construction and application of the talent management system based on mobile Internet platforms are completed to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of talent development management of the company D.The main contents of the study in this paper are as follows:1)Analyze the concepts related to current talent management and mobile Internet,and define the concepts related to talent development management and mobile Internet for this study.At the same time,outline the theories related to talent development and the present status of indigenous and foreign researches,and determine design thinking and programs for talent development management system centered on blended learning models and based on mobile Internet platforms.2)analyze the current talent development management system and business status of the company D,analyze the talent management related strategies,present status,characteristics and business status of talent development management system in the company D;and on this basis,deeply analyze the impact of the current mobile Internet on the current talent development management business of the company D.3)analyze the new requirements of the current corporate talent development management of the entire company under the form of current mobile Internet in three aspects: the strategic requirements of corporate talent development,the requirements of corporate talent management and the subjects of corporate talent management;outline and summarize the new requirements brought in each and every aspect of the talent management of the company D under the form of current mobile Internet.4)Complete the functional construction and application of new talent development management system based on mobile Internet,realize the reconstruction and application of the talent development management system of the company D in three aspects: system architecture,construction of learning procedure of new talent development management based on mobile Internet,and core functions of the system,with the company D as an example and blended learning model as a theoretical core;and validate the correctness and feasibility of the design in this paper. |
