Abstract/Summary:
The educational land in colleges and universities is an important part of urban construction land.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,many colleges have expanded and built new campuses.At the same time,problems such as extensive use of land have become increasingly prominent.At present,China’s research on the management of educational land use in universities is still insufficient,and the research on the intensive use evaluation of colleges and universities is still at an early stage.Strengthening the evaluation of the intensive use of educational land in colleges and universities has great significance in the following aspects:promote the implementation of relevant national land-saving policies;enrich the theory of land-saving evaluation;improve the management of educational land in colleges and universities;promote the healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper starts with the background and significance of the research on the intensive use evaluation of college education land,and sorts out the research progress of the topic of land intensive use evaluation.On this basis,it summarizes the theoretical basis and the educational land used for the evaluation of the intensive use of educational land in colleges and universities.The concept of the intensive use of educational land in colleges and universities is generalized as a continuously optimized land use method referring to the relevant policies,regulations and plans under the current or foreseeable future economic and technical conditions,by increasing the investment of relevant factors instead of expanding the area of land use to achieve a higher land use efficiency and overall benefit mainly composed by social benefit.The connotation mainly includes eight aspects listed in 1.3.1.2.Based on the concept and connotation of intensive use of educational land for colleges and universities,an evaluation index system including 9 factors and 3 sub-targets consists of land use degree,land use structure and land use benefit is constructed.The development of higher education in Zhengzhou is taken into consideration in evaluating the intensive use of educational land with the sample of undergraduate colleges in Zhengzhou.Expert scoring and AHP are combined to determine the weight of each factor,and the he target level of each factor is set on the basis of relevant planning and regulations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The degree of land utilization of the general 21 universities in Zhengzhou is high overall;the land use degree of private colleges is obviously better than that of public universities,and the degree of variation in the degree of land use in the comparison of different types of colleges is slighter than that of the public universities and private colleges colleges;the degree of land use is more fully developed than the land use structure and land use benefits;(2)The similarity of land use structure of 21 undergraduate colleges in Zhengzhou City is relatively high;the similarity of land use structure of private colleges is higher than that of public universities;the similarity of land use structure of different types of colleges is lower than that of public universities and private colleges;(3)The land use benefits of 21 colleges and universities in Zhengzhou City is quite different;the land use efficiency of private colleges and is slightly better than that of public universities;the Comprehensive and Medical colleges have relatively good land use benefits,while the Agriculture and Forestry and the Political and Legal colleges relatively poor;land use benefits can be improved more than land use intensity and land use structure.
