The Impaction Of Maternity Protection Policy Onimproving The Second Birth Willingness Of Career Woman

As present,the GDP in China has growth steadily,but the population growth rate has reverse performance.With the disappearance of Chinese demographic dividend,many serious problems have been aggravated,such as the aging population structure,a large number of lost only-child man and so on.In order to slove the aggravating social problems that Chinese government immediately carries out the universal two-child policy on January 1st 2016.However,the expected vision that "blowout of birth" did not appear when the policy has implemented for more than three years.By contrast,the number of births,birth rate and natural growth rate all reached a new low point in 2018.,we found to slove the serious problem that need to focus on the system of maternity protection,the research shows that maternity protection factors affecting fertility desire strongly.Meanwhile,the impact can play an importment role in the maternity protection policy with improving relevant factors.In this study,we mainly select and use the survey sample which come from Xiamen city.The target groups for the survey we selected random career women of childbearing age.Based on the collecting data from questionnaire survey,the concept of fertilitiy,fertility intention,maternity protection factors and implementation of relatively government policy were statistically analyzed.Firstly,the basic information,such as demographic characteristics of research sample,the number of childbearing and number of ideal children,all of them were used by corssover analysis.Secondly,the chi-square test was used to test the correlation between the fertility intention and the maternity protection factors,like increasingmaternity leave,increasing paternity leave,increasing maternity allowance,enhancing the preprimary education institution,improving rights protection channel of career felman and other factors.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between fertility intention and all of maternity protectien factors.Combining with the results of the questionnaire,the current fertility security policy and its implementation are analyzed and explained.F inally,we quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the two children’s fertility in Xiamen city by multivariate logistic regression analysis.In the model we using several maternity protection factors as explanatory variables,which are maternity and paternity leave,protection factors of birth allowance,protection factors of public facilities with mother-to-chlid,protection factors of balancing birth and career,all of them were interned.Moreover,"whether or not willing to give birth for two children”has been used as interpretd variable.Under research,we found that the fertility willingness of two children born in Xiamen city is positively related to protection factors of maternity and paternity leave,protection factors of birth allowance,protection factors of public facilities with mother-to-chlid and protection factors of balancing birth&career.The conclusions above,will could be referred some useful suggestions for the governance policy.
