| The comprehensive two-child policy is a strategic decision for China to respond to population problems such as declining fertility levels, population aging, and demographic dividend reduction in the new era.At the same time,it will also have a profound impact on our country’s former social life, family life, and education practice. The willingness to give birth is an important issue in the current discussion of whether China’s "comprehensive two-child" policy goal has been reached. There are some researchers who are concerned about the influencing factors of the public’s second child’s willingness to give birth, and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. However, under the background of the new two-child release policy, there is relatively little research on the second child’s willingness to give birth to secondary school teachers. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out an empirical investigation of the factors affecting the fertility desire of the "second child" of secondary school teachers in the context of the new policy, and to analyze the influence degree and the relationship between the various influencing factors, and then to systematically discuss the measures to improve the second child’s fertility desire.Strategy.In view of this, this study focused on middle school teachers’ second child birth will influence factors at the same time, with changsha as an example to select the representative four middle school teachers of childbearing age in changsha city as the object of investigation. This paper analyzes the two children’s willingness to give birth in the context of "universal two-child" policy and the factors that affect the second child’s fertility, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results of the survey found that four factors, such as personal factors, family factors, social factors, and economic factors, affect the secondary childbirth of secondary school teachers. In the individual factor, teachers’ age, emotional attitudes, and work plans affect their second child’s birth decision;in the family factor, the teacher’s family economic status, family support support, and family affect affect their second child’s desire to give birth; The two-child policy, severe employment situation, and lack of maternity support affect the teacher’s second child’s willingness to give birth;the increase in financial costs, the loss of time and cost, and the increase in the cost of education affect the decision of the second child’s childbearing.By summarizing the survey results, that personal factors in terms of personal factors increase the willingness of second-child parents of teachers. In the family factor, the main consideration for teachers to determine the second child’s birth is the teacher’s family support. In social factors, the comprehensive two-child policy has stimulated the fertility of the two children of the teachers.Among the economic factors, teachers are more concerned with the loss of opportunity costs brought about by childbirth and childbirth. Therefore, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to increase the fertility rate of teachers’ second-rate children, including assigning teachers’ tasks in a reasonable way, ensuring the willingness of teachers for second childbirth;improving the child-care service system, eliminating the worry of second-parenting in teachers’families;improving the matching of two-child policy, and reducing teachers two.Children’s burdens of education;strengthening the pool of teachers, reducing the pressure on teachers’ education and teaching. |
