Using the literature research method,experience method,information research method,theoretical research method.guided by the educational decision-making theory.from the perspective of the educational administrative departments,this paper analyzes and explores the decision-making mechanism of vocational education in Fujian province.The research theme of this paper is helpful to promote the innovation of the decision-making theory of vocational education,and to improve the administrative decision-making level of the educational administrative departments in Fujian province,and to promote the development of vocational education.Begin with the development process of vocational education in Fujian province since the founding of China,this paper summarizes the close relationship between the development of vocational education and the administrative decison-making level of the educational administrative departments,highlighting the important guiding role of the educational administrative departments on the development of vocational education.Meanwhile,on the basis of the educational decision-making theory,educational decision-making mechanism theory and related concepts,focusing on the three elements of the definition of"mechanism" in management,the paper points out that there are three problems in the structure,function and process of the decision-making mechanism of the educational administrative departments in Fujian province:the construction of the decision-making system is not perfect,the function of the decision-making mechanism is not obvious,the process procedure is not running smoothly,and analyzes the causes of the problems in-depth.Aims at the problems above,the paper proposes the development path of decision-making mechanism of vocational education for the educational administrative departments in Fujian province in the future:strengthen the construction of decision-making system of vocational education,make full use of the decision-making system,establish and improve the decision-making system of vocational education.Then the paper draw the conclusion that the educational administrative departments needs to take democratization,scientific and institutionalization as the principle,and makes new efforts continuously to reform and innovate the decision-making mechanism of vocational education. |
