Decision-making is a kind of common behavior for people in daily life, is the highest embodiment of human consciousness initiative, it not only refers to the final decision, it is the people to analyze and evaluate options and make a choice and a series of process. With the progress of era, the development of science and technology, globalization trend is increasingly prominent, network talents and economic competition intensified. In the face of changing all kinds of new situations, new situation and new problems, and decision-making capability has become a measure of social needed talents, also is in a critical period growth of adolescences for the survival and development, and face the future challenges of a kind of capability. But most adolescents know many of the issues outstanding insufficiently, also cannot distinguish clearly to the development of situation, in short, decision-making capability remains to be improved.The arrival of the information age brings to all walks of life, such as politics, economy, education, different change and development. Especially in education field, the rapid development of science and technology subverts the traditional teaching methods, teaching organization form, largely to mobilize students' curiosity and desire for knowledge, causes the student to be effectively subjectivity. Educational game is the product of education and technology combined in information age. For a specific purpose of education and development and production, with both educational and entertaining features, entertaining, not only can cause the students' interest in learning and teach students certain knowledge and skills. Therefore, the design and development of adolescent decision-making capability to promote the development of educational games has great theoretical and practical significance.In view of this, This research adopted literature analysis, evaluation method used the existing game development tools, which design and development a educational game of promoting adolescent decision-making capability. The main research work is as follows.(1) The foundation theoretical research. After reviewing?carding and analyzing relevant literature,expounds the theory of decision-making, decision-making capability, educational game, and explore the designed strategies of the educational game of promoting the development of adolescent decision-making capability.(2) The design model of educational games of promoting adolescent decision-making capability. Referring to the case of domestic and foreign game design and analysis, summed up the ideas and principles of construction of the theoretical model, and proposed to build interrelated elements of the theoretical model and between the various elements, and ultimately build a designed model of educational game of promoting adolescent decision-making capability.(3) Combined with the specific subject knowledge, detailed instructional design. Analysis of characteristics of students and learning objectives,combining the above mentioned promoting adolescent decision-making strategies,proposing mechanism of learning through game, expanding games ontology and detailed design.(4) The realization of the educational game instance. Based on the proposed framework?combining the selected knowledge content, using relevant software development platform game, develops games designed specific instance, and practical application to verify the game.With the above research work gradually developed in this study achieved the following three significant research results.(1) This research according to the characteristics of the teenagers, rigorous carefully defined the connotation of the decision-making and decision-making capability, and made a detailed discussion and illustration. Systematically explained the decision cognitive theory and related theoretical basis, laying a theoretical foundation for junior high school " the Battle of Chibi " selected related knowledge and development of education game.(2) This research constructed promoting the development of adolescent decision-making capability educational game's instructional design framework. Integrated the training model, methods, strategies of domestic and foreign decision-making capability.This research illustrates a comparative analysis of its detailed development path of teaching strategies to promote the development of adolescent decision-making capability,and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies. On this basis, This research constructed educational games instructional design framework.(3)This research was designed and developed the educational game of promoting the development of adolescent decision-making capability. In junior middle school language "the Battle of Chibi" content source, use the Eclipse software development platform and Photoshop relevant software developed a strategy game called "the Battle of red Chibi", as the case of this research support. To test the effect of the game, verify its effectiveness using questionnaires.Due to the limited time and technology development capability, the educational game of promoting the development of adolescent decision-making capability can reflect the original intentions and ideas of the research, but there are still many problems and shortcomings. Future research will focus on how we can be better the design and development of the educational game of promoting the development of adolescent decision-making capability.
