The Graduates of private higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher education in China Since the "private education promotion law of the People’s Republic of China" put forward,with decade’s year’s development,private higher vocational college graduates have become an indispensable force in the job market.But the unlatch thing is compare to public universities graduates those private college graduates are under inferior position,the reason can be explained in various perspectives.Such as,the SAT-score of private higher vocational college students are relatively weaker,the operating conditions are not quality enough,the teaching level are not branded,which caused the job market subconscious discriminate private higher vocational college graduates for a long time.In order to reverse the unfavorable situation,and promote the health development of private higher vocational,this study is focused on the private higher vocational college graduates employment management problems,with the new public management theory,human capital theory and stakeholder theory as the instruction,start from the status of private higher vocational college graduates employment.Take Xiamen H college graduates(2015,1408 graduates)as an example,through the methods of questionnaire and individual interview,mastered the rich first-hand information and statistical data。And then empirical analyze the current status of employment of Graduates of private higher vocational colleges,furthermore,deep-exploring the reasons and causes of the employment of Graduates of private higher vocational colleges,according to the above basis,this study is prospect from improving the quality of school-running characteristics,enhance employment competitive power,improve the teaching quality of education,strengthen the employment guidance level etc.to put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of private higher vocational college graduates employment problem. |
