Higher art professional education,a branch of higher vocational education,must focus on developing students’ application ability and improving students’ ability for art vocation and creation,so as to cultivate higher educational and skilled talents for the production,construction,management and service of our country.In order to achieve this goal,we need to build up a team of versatile teachers skilled in expertise and art,and to cultivate doubled-qualified art teachers who boast the ability of both performance and teaching.Opinions on how to build a team of doubled-qualified teachers in arts institutions are different among national higher professional education academia,which will also affect the design and implementation of doubled-qualified teachers’ training program.According to literature method,interview method and case study,the research adopts existing findings and teaching practice experience from home and abroad and specifically analyses the theory and practices of building up the team of doubled-qualified teachers in the professional education of arts institutions in China,focusing on the interpretation of the establishment of doubled-qualified teachers program.By consulting first-hand information and visiting leaders and teachers,the research deeply analyzed the development of doubled-qualified teachers and also explained in detail on the background,theory,basic contents,characteristics and functions of the construction.The construction aimed to build up a class of teachers who are expert in the teaching model combined performance with knowledge in Hunan Professional Institute.The research presented that this construction in Hunan Art Professional Institute always view the class as the base of learning and the performance as the method to improve the ability.It adopts the strategy of deepening teaching quality with play and testing the teaching results with performance.That it to say,we need to improve teachers’ fundamental knowledge and skills through teaching and their percipient and influence through stage performing.After a detailed analysis and composition on the theory and practice of the cultivation of doubled-qualified teachers in Hunan Art Professional Institute,the research put forward some practical suggestions.First,we should highlight the classroom conventions and improve teachers’knowledge and skills;Second,we need to create more opportunities for doubled-qualified teachers and encourage them to participate in variety of competitions to show their comprehensive skills as double qualified teachers;Third,we should take full advantage of incentive mechanism,such as system,evaluation,promotion and livelihood;Fourth,we can adopt some permanent mechanisms like flexible and scientific assessment and contents to enhance development of doubled-qualified teachers by setting up an omnibearing platform for them;Fifth,we can ensure the implementation of doubled-qualified teachers construction by systems such as leader responsibility,teacher management and professional development funding.
