Secondary vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating technical and skilled talents.Secondary vocational teachers play an important role in improving the quality of secondary vocational education.Secondary vocational teachers should have professional teaching quality and excellent technical skills at the same time.As the country pays more and more attention to the quality of secondary vocational education,it also puts forward higher and higher requirements for secondary vocational education.With the proposal of the "strategy of strengthening the country through education" and the "action plan for improving quality and excellence",higher standards have been put forward for "double qualified" teachers.The proposal of craftsman spirit has injected new connotation into "double qualified" teachers,and "double qualified craftsman" teachers will become a new direction for the professional development of "double qualified" teachers.Through a large number of literature reading and sorting,this paper clarifies the connotation development,ability elements and characteristic representation of "craftsman double qualified" teachers,combs the connotation and characteristics of "craftsman double qualified" teachers’ professional development,and then establishes a three-dimensional system of "craftsman double qualified" teachers’ professional development,starting from five aspects: system guarantee,system improvement,team construction,humanistic atmosphere and individual management,This paper puts forward the strategy of "craftsman double qualified" teachers’ professional development.Taking Taoyuan vocational secondary school(hereinafter referred to as Taoyuan vocational secondary school)as a case,through questionnaires,observations and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers’ professional development and the measures taken to promote teachers’ professional development.On this basis,it further summarizes the tasks,paths,essentials and footholds of teachers’ professional development. |
