| Public employment services under increasing pressure during the development of social economic transition in recent China.Employment difficulty is always the problem of the government.Consequently how to make government affairs service more faster more convenient and more efficient becoming the major concern by using information technology,cloud computing and big data in the wave of Internet+.On the basis of thorough market research,an employment of public service platform is organized to establish by the competent authority that strives to create employment public service system.Because of the limit of the relevant laws,regulation and rules,the competent authority need to introduce the third party to operate.On the contrary the government is only responsible for leading regulatory responsibilities.It is to improve the capacity of the government administrative services and provide satisfactory public service for employees and employers in such a cooperation mode.This study analyze the internal and external environment and market competition environment base on the macro environment analysis,Porter’s five Forces analysis and the SWOT analysis method combining the results of market research data.Making the marketing strategy depends on the situation by analyze the marketing communication.popularizing channel and segmentation.In addition,the protection of organization and operation model has been discussed.All of which work out to run the employment public service system smoothly.With the help of study,the managers would make the situation judgment and the theory application on the practical problem in the operation of the Employ Public Services Platform.Meanwhile the academic theories have been applied to analysis of real operation and management deepened the understanding of theoretical knowledge rather than paper.It also has important guiding significance for the further work and this can be a helpful reference to the peers. |
