Impact On Regional Economic Growth On Employment Elasticity ——Based On The Dual Perspective Of Market Choice And Government Regulation

With the comprehensive deepening of reform and opening-up,in the process of promoting high-quality development,the importance of people’s livelihoods continues to increase,and the impact of regional economic growth on job creation has been increasingly received More attention.The "low rate of employment growth" in some countries and regions "Even the phenomenon of" growth without employment "has sounded the alarm for us.In addition,the proper management of the relationship between the government and the market plays a very important role.in the job creation of regional economic growth Therefore,from the dual perspective of market selection and government regulation,research on the effects of regional economic growth on employment has important theoretical and practical importance.Based on the Kuznets rule and Keynesian theories,this article defines the connotation of the employment effect of regional economic growth and analyzes the theoretical mechanism and functional trajectory of the employment effect of regional economic growth.And take 36 large and medium-sized cities as examples to summarize the characteristics of time difference,industrial difference and spatial difference of the relationship between economic growth and employment in my country.Furthermore,an intermediary effect model is constructed with a dual path of market choice and government regulation,and the aforementioned urban panel data from 2004 to 2018 are used to verify and explain the theoretical mechanism and practical characteristics of the employment effect of the regional economy.growth.The empirical analysis shows that the effect on employment of regional economic growth in my country has an obvious spatial and temporal heterogeneity.From the perspective of spatial heterogeneity: the effects on employment and economic growth trajectories in different economic regions are different.Affected by industrial transfer and improvement of industrial structure from the perspective of tax revenues and expenditures under government regulation and market selection,the employment effect of urban regional economic growth in cities in the eastern and northeastern regions is negative,and the employment effect of the urban regional economy.growth in the western region If positive,the effect on employment of regional economic growth may not be significant due to internal offsets in the cities of the central region.From the perspective of temporal heterogeneity,due to differences in social development in different regions at different time periods,the employment effects of urban economic growth in various regions have changed,and the negative employment effects of economic growth urban regional in the east and center.regions have shrunk significantly The importance of the effect on employment of regional urban economic growth in Northeast China has also changed.To improve people’s livelihoods and promote the effect of regional economic growth on employment,my country must correctly manage the relationship between the market and the government,optimize industrial design,promote industrial transformation and modernization,change the concept development,implement various policies protect people’s livelihoods.
