Research On Strategies For Teachers To Promote Teaching Generation

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the deepening of the new curriculum reform,great changes have taken place in the classroom teaching process.Teachers’ teaching is transforming from the focus and execution on "presupposition" to the pursuit and practice of new forms of classroom teaching "open interaction and dynamic generation".The new curriculum reform puts more and more emphasis on dynamical generation in the open teaching,promoting the generation of teachers and students to different degrees through continuously classroom generation.But throughout more than a decade of reform of classroom teaching,the state of teachers classroom teaching practice is not optimistic.On the basis of fully observing and looking for problems,difficulties and obstacles of teaching generation,the paper is looking for main factors influencing teachers’ teaching generation,basing on teachers’ classroom teaching process logic to refine generation strategies,to promote teaching generation,to help teachers realize the real teaching generation,promote the teachers and students develop gradually.According to the main phenomena and problems that exist in the classroom teaching generation:such as " open form with closed substance ","varieties forms with single substance","forms without substance",the first part of the paper analysis teacher behavior motivation behind different problems to find out the reason of difficulties of teaching generation.It mainly analysis from three aspect:firstly,the misunderstanding of generation process of teaching;secondly,teachers lacking of the understanding of the connotation of teaching generation;thirdly,teachers lacking of the consciousness and ability of promoting teaching generation.These three reasons lead to teachers lacking of strategy and wisdom in exploiting,capturing and promoting students resources,which leads to the closed or semi-closed state of classroom teaching,making it difficult to form the real interaction and generation.In the second part,the paper expounds the significance of teaching generation for the student growth and teachers’ personal development,basing on "three levels"process logic of teaching process,that is interdisciplinary teaching process of common logic,excavating the unique teaching process logic,and taking mathematics for example,analyzes the specific content of the teaching process structure,so as to realize the basis and practical significance of interaction in the teaching processThe third part of the paper attempts to extract and refine strategies promoting teaching generation.Through detailed analysis,comparison and reflection of the typical cases of mathematics in different types,trying to study teachers behavior in developing,capturing,and promoting teaching resources,summarizing he general law of teachers handling resources,promoting teaching generation,then extract and refine three strategies to promote teaching generation:"promoting generation through catalytic","promoting generation through contrast" and "promoting generation through promotion",forming a strategic understanding of promoting teaching generation.
