Research On The Construction Of College Counselors Team In Private

Private higher education in China started in the 80’s of the twentieth Century,in support of national efforts of its own,after 30 years of development,the scale of school,school running mode,school quality has greatly improved.At present,private colleges and universities nation wide total of more than 400,accounting for 1/5 of all colleges and universities in the number,has become an important part of China’s education.But as China’s higher education into the"popular",private college counselors’ face new challenges and new tasks,work pressure and more difficult,problems in the construction counselors have gradually,in private college counselors to inadequate attention,private college counselors are not stable,private college counselors’ overall quality is not high hand.The construction of tutor team in private colleges and universities research is particularly important.In 2004 the state issued the "on Further Strengthening and improving ideological and political education"(hereinafter referred to as the "opinions" issued by the Ministry of education in 2006)and the "ordinary college instructor troop construction regulations"(hereinafter referred to as the" Regulations"),a comprehensive system of college counselors is put forward clear requirements,to provide a strong the support for the construction of private colleges counselor team.Therefore,to strengthen the private college counselors team construction research,is conducive to the routine work of Ideological and political education to further implement the educational policy of the state,to promote the implementation of counselors,to promote the overall level of private college counselors to improve,has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method.The "opinions" and "Regulations" two national policy documents as the research focus;with questionnaires,investigation on Suqian College counselor.According to the"opinions" and "Regulations" analysis,and reference to the relevant documents and materials,through the analysis of relevant problems of Suqian College instructor troop construction,expounds the urgency of private colleges counselor team building,to explore the method of private college counselors team building in the new period from the aspects of counselors recruitment,training and motivation and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of a politically strong,strict discipline and work style of "private college counselors.
