With the continuous improvement of medical and health technology,older people live longer,the aging problem is becoming more and more prominent in China.As a result of the process of urbanization and urban-rural dual structure was cracked,Living in large residential communities in low-income families,not only to meet the housing,but also more and more diversified demand for pension services has been increasingly concerned by the government and the community.Improve the pension service system,not only help to alleviate the pressure of the elderly problems to their children,More in line with the development requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Pension service as the research object,focusing on the complexity of pension service needs and the specificity of pension service provision in the large residential community,and to the community interaction,sustainable development,new practice as the theoretical support,select Shanghai Songjiang Sijing large residential community as the research base,SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaire data by principal component analysis,cluster analysis,etc.And from four aspects to research:Firstly,the paper introduces the research background of the large residential community.The study shows that although the first large-scale residential community in Shanghai design,planning and construction has been more than 10 years ago,the related facilities have been improved,but with the arrival of the Internet and the changing needs of the elderly,the old-age service system model and concept constantly updated,corresponding service facilities should also be adjusted.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the particularity of the pension service system of large-scale residential communities,Through field research and in-depth interviews to identify obstacles to further development of large home service system bottlenecks.Through the field investigation,it is found that the development of the old-age service system in the large-scale residential community is lack of government investment,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,and the service level and specialized personnel is not enough.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the optimization path of improving the pension service system of large residential communities,That is,to build a "home-based care for the elderly,communitysupport for the elderly,pension institutions as the support" of the pension service system,.And taking into account the special habitat,the paper focuses on improving the community home care service system and construction of "embedded" pension service system.Finally,put forward policy recommendations.This part puts forward policy suggestions mainly from the government,society,family level,such as the government should increase financial input,training professional talents of endowment service;society should increase capital investment,maintain the continuity and stability of capital operation.The paper draws the following conclusions: first,strengthen the government’s leading role in the basic public services of the elderly.Such as a clear service to protect the object,increase the financial subsidies for the service object,to formulate standards and management standards for the provision of basic public services and services for the elderly,etc.Second,consolidate the basic role in family pension services,actively carry out the training of family caregivers of family support services,and formulate relevant laws and regulations.Third,give full play to the decisive role of the market for pension services.Encourage social forces to increase investment in the pension system for large residential communities,innovative pension services financial support policies.
