Construction And Application Of Physical Fitness Evaluation Index System For Drug Addicts In Compulsory Isolation ——Taking Yunnan Province As An Example

Objective:Exercise plays an important role in promoting the physical health of drug addicts in compulsory isolation,but there is no specific evaluation system for physical health assessment of drug addicts in compulsory isolation in China.Studied in this paper,from the construction of index system of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel’s physique and inspection,the construction of index weight and evaluation standard of preliminary establish systematic study,to work out the suitable for compulsory isolation detoxification personnel of physical test evaluation index system,to carry out compulsory isolation detoxification personnel movement and provide data support for health promotion.It provides reference for the formulation of exercise prescription for the characteristic compulsory isolation of drug addicts,and is the further extension and expansion of the theory of national physical fitness research.Methods:This study completed the establishment of expert correspondence questionnaire through literature analysis,interview method and other methods.Through three rounds of Delphi method,the physical evaluation index system of forcibly isolated drug addicts was preliminarily established.Kendall’s W was used to test the coordination coefficient of experts.Through stratified random sampling method,222 compulsory isolated drug addicts were selected according to different ages and genders for physical fitness assessment data collection,and the completion rate of indicators was calculated for feasibility analysis.Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient was used for retest reliability test.The independent sample T test was used to analyze gender discrimination,and finally the feasibility,reliability,validity and gender discrimination of the index system were tested.AHP was used to determine the weight of physical evaluation index system for drug addicts in compulsory isolation.The multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select the drug addicts in compulsory isolation for physical fitness test.Based on the test data of effective samples,the percentile method was used to conduct data modeling,and the physical fitness evaluation standard of drug addicts in compulsory isolation in Yunnan Province was preliminarily established.Results:（1）A total of 3617 valid samples were collected in this study,including 3054males and 563 females.The age was 36.95±8.93,ranging from 18 to 59 years old.（2）After three rounds of expert letter consultation,the expert authority coefficients of the primary index and secondary index of the physical fitness assessment index system for drug addicts aged 18-40 years in compulsory isolation were 0.954 and 0.949,and the coordination coefficients W were 0.342（c~2=16.409,p<0.01）and 0.429（c~2=164.726,p<0.01）,3 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators were preliminarily established,including morphological indicators,functional indicators and quality indicators.The expert authority coefficient of the primary index and the secondary index of the physical fitness assessment index system of 41～59 years old forcibly isolated drug addicts were 0.962 and 0.944,and the coordination coefficient W was 0.304（c~2=14.588,p<0.01）and 0.458（c~2=142.929,p<0.01）,respectively.Three first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators have been preliminarily formulated,namely,morphological indicators,functional indicators and quality indicators.（3）According to the feasibility analysis,the index of impaired completion rate of test index for 21～25 years old compulsory isolated drug addicts is sitting body flexion;The indexes of the impaired completion rate of the test indexes of 36～40 years old compulsory isolated drug addicts included sitting body flexion,longitudinal jump and selective response time.In the 41～45 and 46～50 years old group,the impaired completion rate of the test indexes were standing on one leg with open eyes and selective reaction time.The indexes of impaired completion rate of test indexes of forced isolation drug addicts aged 51-55 years were sitting body flexion and selective response time.In the 56～59 years old group,the impaired completion rate of the test indexes were more than 80%when walking for 6min,sitting body flexion and selection response.The reliability test showed that the retest correlation coefficients of the physical fitness assessment index system of 18～40 years old forcibly isolated drug addicts were between 0.985～1.000（P<0.01）,and those of41～59 years old forcibly isolated drug addicts were between 0.959～1.000（P<0.01）.Through validity test,each index can reflect the purpose of measurement,indicating that the index system has good content validity.Through gender discrimination test,the established index system can distinguish differences caused by gender characteristics（P<0.05）.（4）By constructing pair-by-pair-comparison judgment matrix,the weight of the physical evaluation index system of forcibly isolated drug addicts is calculated,and the weight of each index and the combined weight of the secondary index are obtained.（5）Taking Yunnan Province as an example,the physical fitness evaluation criteria for physical characteristics of drug addicts in compulsory isolation of different genders and ages in Yunnan province were compiled by constructing index data model.Conclusion:（1）of this study is to eventually form the index system according to the age of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel’s physique is divided into 18～41,index system of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel’s physique and 41～59 compulsory isolation detoxification personnel health evaluation index system of two parts,18～41 compulsory isolation detoxification personnel health assessment index system including three level indicators and 17 secondary indicators,The physical fitness evaluation index system for drug addicts aged 41 to 59 in compulsory isolation includes 3 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators.（2）The physical fitness evaluation index system of drug addicts in compulsory isolation constructed in this study has good feasibility,reliability,effectiveness and gender discrimination,and can objectively reflect the physical status of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.（3）This study calculates the weight of each index and the combined weight of the secondary index.（4）This study constructed a data model of physical indicators of drug addicts in compulsory isolation in Yunnan province according to age and gender,and preliminarily established evaluation criteria.
