| Compulsory drug rehabilitation is the main form of drug rehabilitation system in China,which has played a significant role since its implementation.It uses compulsory administrative measures to isolate drug addicts,and comprehensively uses psychological intervention,legal education,moral education,rehabilitation training,drug treatment and other methods to effectively help drug addicts get rid of drug addiction.However,according to the relevant research results of scholars and my actual work,it is found that due to the long-term forced closure,some drug addicts in forced isolation inevitably have a series of physical and mental problems,which lead to their subjective and objective reduction of the quality of life,and then affect their recovery of normal personality and social functions,and even after returning to society,they are addicted to drugs again,which is difficult to get rid of drug addiction.In addition,most of the places of compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation are transformed from the former labor camp.The attitude and management mode towards the strong abstainers inevitably have the former mode of managing the hard abstainers.The daily management still stays in ensuring safety and promoting production,and the quality of life of the strong abstainers has been ignored for a long time.Therefore,in the work of drug control and rehabilitation,it is very important to use the new concept to treat the compulsory isolation of drug addicts.As an important means to evaluate the therapeutic effect of chronic diseases,quality of life has been applied to the field of quality of life of drug addicts.Domestic research focuses more on the drug addicts’ drug rehabilitation behavior,and less on their living conditions.In this context,it is very necessary to study the quality of life and influencing factors of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.On the basis of understanding their overall health and living conditions,providing them with effective quality of life services and guarantees will be conducive to improving their overall living conditions,as well as their psychological correction and social adaptation.By analyzing the quality of life and influencing factors of the drug addicts in compulsory isolation,this study not only provides the basis for the innovation of management methods and the management of the quality of life of the drug addicts,but also provides suggestions for improving the quality of life of the drug addicts in compulsory isolation and returning to the society after the education of drug addiction correction. |
