| The China Youth Pioneer Corps(Pioneer Corps for short)is a basic mass organisation under the leadership of the Party.As the professionalisation of Pioneer Corps work has continued to develop in recent years,the identity of Pioneer players has also received increasing attention.The cultural environment in which the Pioneers live affects the construction and consolidation of their identity,and the squadron activity context,as a micro-environment,is not only the basic environment for the players to communicate and interact,but also the dynamic context in which they acquire and experience their identity.As one of the most important theories in modern sociology,the interactive ritual chain is a theory that systematically explores the mechanisms of interactive rituals in everyday life,starting with the micro-context.The theory of the interactive ritual chain is of great relevance to the study of the relationship between the context of the squadron and the identity of the pioneers.This study combines the relevant contents of the interactive ritual chain theory,takes Kunming School C as a case study,uses literature and survey methods,analyzes the current status,characteristics and problems of the identity of the school’s pioneers,analyzes the causes of its pioneers’ identity problems based on the school’s squadron activity context,and proposes corresponding strategies from a theoretical perspective in order to improve and consolidate the identity of the pioneers.Specifically,firstly,the thesis defines the concepts of the squadron activity context and the identity of the pioneers,explains the connotation,components and results of the interactive ritual chain theory,and the operation mechanism,and analyzes the fit between the interactive ritual chain theory and the identity of the pioneers,and constructs an analytical framework of the identity of the pioneers.Secondly,the thesis collected information about the identity of pioneers and its five dimensions from Kunming C School through questionnaires and interviews,and examined and observed the squadron activities of the school from the second to the eighth grade.The relevant survey data showed that the identity of the pioneers in this school presented the problems of weak identity emotions,low degree of identity attachment and utilitarian motivation,single identity image,and rigid development of identity symbols among junior high school pioneers.Combined with the interactive ritual chain theory,the analysis found that the virtualization of the school’s squadron activity context,the formalization of access restrictions,the fragmentation of the focus of attention,the obscuring of emotional connection,and the authoritarianization of rhythmic feedback were the common causes of the identity problems of the pioneers in this school.In order to improve the activity context of the squadron to enhance and consolidate the identity of the school’s pioneers,we need to create a diversified and authentic activity space,strengthen the emotional role of activity rituals,innovate the theme and content of activities,stimulate the emotional energy of the players,and clarify the role of the counselor,in order to continuously enrich the dynamic context in which the players live. |
