A Study On The Precision Of Rehabilitation Services For The Disabled In Shanghai

2020 is an important node for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also an important year for the development of rehabilitation services for the disabled to create a new situation.Shanghai disabled rehabilitation service with the vanguard posture and the forerunner’s responsibility,unceasingly enhances the rehabilitation service ability modernization level.But inevitably in the disabled rehabilitation service precision,there are still shortcomings and shortcomings.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the rehabilitation service of disabled persons in Shanghai and carry out accurate analysis.Based on the precision rehabilitation policy with Chinese characteristics,this paper takes Shanghai disabled rehabilitation service as the research object,takes the cooperative governance and demand level and the theory of increasing energy as the theoretical support,analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of the disabled rehabilitation service in Shanghai,and makes statistics on the basic situation of disabled persons in Shanghai,including the number of disabled persons,the category of disabled persons and the level of disability,obtains the relevant data by issuing questionnaires,and makes a binary Logistic regression analysis on the influencing factors of the rehabilitation service demand of disabled persons,It is concluded that the age of the disabled,the average annual income of the family,the education level,the level of disability,and the degree of social concern have a significant impact on the needs of rehabilitation services for the disabled,so as to achieve accurate measurement of the current situation of rehabilitation service needs.In terms of supply,it includes rehabilitation service content,rehabilitation service organization system,rehabilitation service organization and rehabilitation service team.And through the field investigation to obtain the investigation data,uses the Kano model to carry on the analysis to the rehabilitation service supply present situation satisfaction,thus realizes the rehabilitation service supply present situation accurate measurement.Using the above analysis conclusions to put forward the problems existing in supply and demand,and according to the relevant literature and the reality of the disabled in the social development,the challenges faced by the rehabilitation service for the disabled in Shanghai in the new era are put forward.Based on the experience of precision of rehabilitation services for the disabled at home and abroad,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,one is to strengthen the precision identification of the needs of the disabled rehabilitation service object;the other is to improve the precision supply of the rehabilitation service content;the third is to perfect the fine operation of the rehabilitation service system;and the fourth is to increase the precision support of the rehabilitation service guarantee system for the disabled;Fifth,from the perspective of "Internet ",we put forward the establishment of "virtual rehabilitation service hospital ",so as to better enhance the rehabilitation service of the disabled with socialist characteristics in China,and make the disabled become the participants and beneficiaries of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China.
