In February 2021,with the issuance of the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work of the Young Pioneers in the New Era,the work of the Young Pioneers in the new Era has a new guiding principle."Opinions" emphasis in leading and education at the same time,put forward to develop organization activity,practice,enhance the level of socialization of the young pioneers work goals,hope in the process of activities for the young pioneers organization structure system with perfect young pioneers autonomous ability to ascend,lay the foundation for the reform of the new age of the young pioneers to work innovation.The research methods used in this paper are questionnaire survey,interview and activity observation.First,a questionnaire was issued to the Young Pioneers of H Primary School in C City.The questionnaire was designed in four dimensions,including the goal,content,process and evaluation of the independent education activities of the Young Pioneers.Then,observation and research were conducted on the theme activities,team day activities and field activities of the young Pioneers in the primary school.Finally,the author interviewed the instructors on the concept understanding and activity development of the independent education of the Young Pioneers.The above survey aims to explore the problems existing in the current independent education activities of young Pioneers,analyze their causes and put forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement.Through sorting out the investigation data,this study found that there are some practical problems in the independent education activities of young Pioneers,such as the subjectivity of young pioneers is not fully reflected,the content of activities is far away from the actual life of students,and the evaluation of activities ignores the process performance of students.In view of some existing problems,this study has carried on the cause analysis,including the following aspects: counselors’ insufficient understanding of the connotation of "independent education";The counselors’ professional skills are limited,the parents’ understanding of the activities is insufficient,and the school’s security work is not comprehensive enough.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this study puts forward some countermeasures to improve the independent education activities of the young Pioneers: changing the teachers’ ideas,expanding the activity space,adjusting the organizational structure and improving the evaluation mechanism.It is hoped that this study can provide design ideas and evaluation basis for the development of independent education activities of young Pioneers in the future.
