A Study On The Ritual Education Of The Young Pioneers From The Perspective Of Political Socialization

The ceremony education of the Young Pioneers is an important component of the education of the Young Pioneers,and an important way to provide political enlightenment and value guidance to the Young Pioneers.It has important characteristics of being intuitive,vivid,vivid,and highly infectious.The solemn and sacred collective atmosphere created by the ceremony has the function of touching the soul and cultivating sentiment.Through the ceremony,the team members have a deeper understanding and clearer understanding of the organizational discipline and glorious traditions of the Young Pioneers,thereby stimulating their sense of organizational identity;Through ritual education,Young Pioneers can vividly and vividly understand the Party and the country,strengthen political concepts,enhance patriotism and social responsibility during the ceremony,and lay the foundation for future growth as qualified "political figures".The theory of political socialization systematically reveals the internal law of the development of children’s political socialization,as well as the media that affect the development of children’s political socialization,and pays special attention to the formation process of children’s political psychology,which provides an effective guideline for improving the status quo of young pioneers’ ritual education and achieving the fundamental purpose of ritual education.Based on this,from the perspective of political socialization theory,this study systematically combs the theory of political socialization,conducts indepth discussions around its origin,connotation,characteristics and development,expounds the unique value of political socialization theory on the Young Pioneers’ ritual education,and designs the Young Pioneers’ ritual education questionnaire with the help of political socialization related theory.This research takes the young pioneers in primary schools as the main body of research,and comprehensively uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method to investigate the current situation,understand the dilemma of the current ritual education of young pioneers in primary schools and its causes,and seek strategies to improve the effectiveness of the ritual education of young pioneers,so as to improve the current status of the ritual education of young pioneers,so that it can better promote the development of political socialization of children.Through the investigation,we found that the current ritual education of the Young Pioneers in primary schools has the following problems:First,the goal of political socialization is not fully implemented;Second,the ritual education process lacks political socialization penetration;Thirdly,the Young Pioneers lack a dominant position in political activities;Fourth,Young Pioneer counselors lack the ability of political socialization education.By analyzing the causes of the problem,we can find that the lack of national security for the ritual education of the Young Pioneers,the lack of objective support for the ritual education in schools,the limitations of the development level of the Young Pioneers themselves and the lack of professional counselors restrict the political socialization development of the Young Pioneers.Based on this,this study proposes the optimization path of Young Pioneers’ ritual education from the theoretical perspective of political socialization:strengthen top-level design,improve the institutional guarantee of ritual education;Strengthening school ritual education and clarifying the educational goal of political socialization;Perfect the ritual education process to fit the development law of political socialization of team members;Strengthen the construction of the counselor team and strengthen the political guidance of counselors.
