The young pioneers are schools where children learn about socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism.The organizational education of the young pioneers refers to the educational process of helping the young pioneers learn basic political knowledge and knowledge of the young pioneers through the combination of theory and practice,forming organizational identity and cultivating positive political emotions.The young pioneers organize education to carry out positive education,experiential education and ritual education by means of activity classes and thematic activities of the young pioneers,so as to realize the purpose of cultivating qualified talents needed by the socialist modernization and the successors of the communist cause.In fact,the key to achieve this goal lies in the improvement of political socialization level of children.In view of this,it is necessary and feasible to combine the theory of political socialization with the organizational education of the young pioneers.This study mainly analyzes the implementation status,existing problems,causes and optimization paths of the organizational education of the young pioneers through questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis.Based on the enlightenment of political socialization,this paper discusses the four elements of the study of political socialization of children:substance,stage,media and psychological structure.A total of 300 young pioneers from grade 4 to grade 6 in two urban and suburban schools were selected for the questionnaire.The content of the questionnaire involves the status quo of the development of organizational education of the young pioneers,the knowledge of the young pioneers,the feedback of the effectiveness of organizational education of the young pioneers and the status quo of political socialization of the young pioneers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and the supplement of the counselor interview,it is found that the current organizational education of the young pioneers focuses on the use of educational resources such as schools,off-campus organizations and families,and the combination of positive education,ritual education and experiential education,among which the counselors play an active guiding role.On the whole,however,problems such as incomplete implementation of the goal of political socialization,low degree of organizational participation and feedback of young pioneers,lack of attention to the development of young pioneers in the context of social differences,and school factors restricting the professional development of young pioneers still restrict the educational effect of organizational education of young pioneers..The causes can be considered from four aspects:the lack of national security,the lack of objective support from schools,the great difference in the development of young pioneers and the crisis of counselors' achievement motivation.To improve the effect of education and improve the level of political socialization of young pioneers,the following optimization methods are designed:With the cultivation of young pioneers'inner sense of identity as the ideological guidance,starting from the understanding of the development rules of young pioneers,the four stages of political socialization are constructed.Meanwhile,counselors play an active guiding role in building a new mode of cooperative training with families,schools and mass media,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating positive organizational emotions and effective political enlightenment of young pioneers in organizational education.
