Research On Regional Collaborative Legislation Under The Background Of The Construction Of The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

In recent years,my country’s regional cooperation has been carried out in an all-round way and has continued to develop in depth,and some regions have transformed from single local economic development to regional economic development.However,the development of regional economy is still constrained by such factors as local protectionism,conflicts between local legislation and lack of coordination mechanisms.Therefore,coordination at the legislative level has become an objective requirement for the development of regional economy.Only a unified and perfect legal system can guarantee the integrated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.However,the current legal system of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is relatively backward,and there is no regional coordinated legislative mechanism.The requirements for the integrated development of the regional economy are urgent.Cause the law and economic development are not compatible with the situation.In order to coordinate the development of regional economy and society,it is very necessary to carry out the practice of regional collaborative legislation in the context of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Based on the ideas of raising questions,learning from experience,solving problems,and building mechanisms,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation and functions of regional collaborative legislation in Sichuan and Chongqing under the background of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and conducts research on the practice of regional collaborative legislation at home and abroad.In order to investigate,analyze the parts that are suitable for Sichuan and Chongqing to learn from.Finally,this paper discusses the mechanism and specific projects of the collaborative legislation between Sichuan and Chongqing.Based on the staged background of collaborative legislation between Sichuan and Chongqing,it is advisable for the two places to establish a collaborative legislation mechanism that transitions from a loose collaborative legislation model to a tight collaborative legislation model.coordinating legislation on matters.
