Research On The Path Of Social Work Participation In Yi Village Governance From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance ——Taking R Village In Z County As An Example

At present,the participation of social work in rural governance has set off a wave all over the country,and its power has also been highlighted in rural society.Although academic research on collaborative governance has already produced many fruitful results,these studies rarely explore the role and role of social work in village governance from a collaborative perspective,and there is also a lack of relevant theoretical frameworks.Therefore,this study came into being.By sorting out the previous researches on collaborative governance,the author established a collaborative governance analysis perspective to study how social work can better participate in the governance of Yi villages.In terms of research methods,the literature research method and field investigation method are mainly used to understand the current governance structure of Yi villages,the governance structure and logic of social work participation in Yi villages,the willingness of villagers to participate in governance,and social work through unstructured interviews.Participate in the status quo and the specific practice of social work.In view of these circumstances,in order to make this research more logical and effective,the author will outline four levels when discussing the path of social work participating in Yi village governance.The first is the theoretical level.The synergy theory,modernity theory and empowerment theory selected in this study can help the author analyze the relationship between the subjects of social work participating in village governance,the role of social work,and the enthusiasm of villagers to participate in governance from the perspective of collaborative governance.The author’s full-text research provides theoretical support;second,in the context of governance,the author analyzes the strong support of the state for social work and the impact of "modernity" on the traditional organizational structure of rural society,focusing on the characteristics of social work itself to discuss the participation of social work in Yi villages The responsibilities that should be taken in governance,thus highlighting the value of social work;the third is the practical aspect,the author analyzes the role,advantages and main difficulties of social work participating in Yi village governance by investigating the current situation of Yi village governance;fourth,social work Participating in the reshaping of village governance paths,in terms of theoretical framework,this research finally selects the comprehensive synergy model as the basic model after comparative analysis,and draws a synergistic structure that promotes the democratic governance of Yi villages through the interaction of the government,village committees and social work.In terms of basic requirements,it proposes a method to strengthen the synergistic relationship between social work and other subjects,and also proposes to use "mass media" and "big data" as technical helpers to form a "symbiotic network" between subjects and enhance the governance effect of Yi villages.Finally,in the conclusion part,this paper interprets and describes the five aspects of "governance structure,synergy,functions of each subject,coexistence of subjects,and attention",and makes corresponding descriptions;The binary segmentation of the project and the overall village construction,and the use of modern technology may accelerate the alienation of people” as the core of thinking,and hope to explore how to solve these two problems in future research.
