Exploration On The Way Of Social Work Intervening In Community Home Care Service

With the rapid growth of the economy,the pace of social iteration and renewal keeps increasing.Some people in the social transition period are difficult to adapt to the changes of the current social structure,which makes individuals or families get into troubles in life,work,emotion,education and other aspects,whose survival,security,and development are difficult to secure.The vision of modern social governance is a long-term process of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing".In this process,social work is introduced to participate in social governance and carries out a series of relief activities for people in difficulties.When the complex environment and multiple dilemmas overlap and constitute a contradiction with the construction of people's better life,how to promote the effectiveness of social work participation in social governance,help social relief groups get out of the dilemma,and achieve their own sustainable development are the focus of this study.Based on the social assistance project of H institution in Hefei City,this paper study the project service itself and the service subject through field observation,literature analysis and intensive interview from the perspective of social system theory.Deeply analyzing the organization structure and operation mechanism of the project,focusing on problems and challenges of social work in the process of social relief,and summarizing the problems in the process of the whole project,so as to optimize the path of social work participating in social assistance,broaden the social work boundary from the perspective of social governance,and form a reproducible and propagable way for social work participating in social assistance.From the perspective of social governance,the study found that collaborative governance is conducive to the advancement of social relief.In the process of social relief,direct services of social work can help relief object to solve practical problems,improve the ability of relief object in multiple angles,help ease social contradictions and conflicts,strengthen the linked development among organizations.However,there are also problems existing in the participation of social work in social assistance,such as problems in the practical aspect,problems among the cooperative operation of institutions,and the quantification of relief effectiveness,which requires the government to improve through external support,self-construction of institutions and self-transformation of service objects.Social work needs to contribute its own strength for people to move forward a happy and well-off life together,and the follow-up development of society.
