With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,informatization has been popularized in all fields of today’s society.The development of5 g,Internet of things,big data and other new technologies has played a prominent role in the modernization of national governance capacity and is an important part of building a digital China.Especially during the period of COVID-19’s popularity,,the traditional way of government affairs no longer meets the needs of the current situation.The emerging egovernment with Internet technology and big data technology as the core has played a greater role.The role of E-government has become more and more important,and many public services are increasingly inseparable from the support of e-government.As an important administrative department,public security organs have great e-government support for their work and have more e-government services for the public.The construction of e-government talent team plays a vital role in the development of egovernment and informatization.This paper clarifies the concepts of e-government talents and e-government talents of public security organs.Based on the Two Factor theory,Human Relations theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,combined with the actual construction of e-government talents,it builds a theoretical analysis framework for the follow-up research.In the process of studying the current situation of e-government talent team construction of public security organs in Sichuan Province,the overall situation and basic situation of egovernment talent team of public security organs in Sichuan Province are analyzed,and then the E-government personnel and relevant staff of public security organs in Sichuan Province,city and county are investigated by means of questionnaire,and the survey results are analyzed.Based on the investigation and research,it is found that the problems existing in the construction of e-government talent team of public security organs in Sichuan province include the following four aspects: difficult talent introduction,unscientific talent team structure,insufficient talent capacity and difficult to retain talents.After analyzing the causes of the above problems,it is found that there are mainly the following aspects,including four aspects: the current recruitment mode does not match the talent demand,the lack of long-term planning for talent team construction,insufficient talent training and imperfect talent incentive system.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of e-government talent team in Sichuan public security organs,mainly including the following four aspects: strengthening the channels and efforts of talent introduction,improving the talent team use and training system,establishing a multi-level talent incentive system and improving the E-government talent guarantee mechanism.Through the above measures,on the one hand,it will play a positive role in the construction of e-government talent team of public security organs at all levels in Sichuan Province,and on the other hand,it will provide feasible suggestions for accelerating the development of e-government talent team in other regions of China.
