Abstract/Summary:
As the “connecting layer domain” between officials and people,grassroots governments shoulder increasingly heavy work pressure.The quantity of social public affairs shows blowout type growth,the people’s demand for the quality of public service is increasing day by day,coupled with our country’s strict control of personnel staffing,resulting in the employment demand of grassroots government is rising.In order to alleviate the conflict between the increasing demand for employment and the shortage of manpower,the grassroots government adopts the way of employing contract employee to supplement,coordinate and allocate human resources.However,there are still problems of low enthusiasm and lack of sense of belonging in the work of the contract employee,which cause passivity to the normal operation of the unit.And contract employee work efficiency and work attitude is a very important factor in job satisfaction,from the Angle of view of the contract employee,find out the factors that affect contract employee job satisfaction,to explore the effective promotion measures for the operation of contract employee job satisfaction can effectively increase the contract employee’s work enthusiasm,improve contract employee service consciousness,more effectively standardize the management of contract employee.Shandong province,as a province with a large population,has a large contingent of contract employee in recent years.This paper takes the contract employee of the grassroots government in Shandong province as samples.First of all,the concepts and theoretical methods related to the grass-roots government contract employee and job satisfaction are elaborated,and the particularity of the contract employee is analyzed.Secondly,combined with the preliminary interviews with the grass-roots government contract employee in Shandong Province,the work satisfaction questionnaire of the grass-roots government contract employee in Shandong province is prepared and the data is collected.SPSS 26.0 tool was used for factor analysis,and it was identified that the job satisfaction of contract employee in Shandong provincial grassroots government was mainly affected by five key factors: job return,promotion opportunity,supervisor and leader,colleague relationship and organizational management.The structural model is constructed,and it is concluded that supervisor leadership,job reward,promotion opportunity,colleague relationship and organizational management all have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction;Finally,according to the key factors identified,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots government contract employee in Shandong province,such as improving the work return,enriching the promotion opportunities,and building a good relationship between superiors and subordinates and colleagues.
