Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Improvement Of Human Settlements In Tangyuan Town,linqing City

In recent years,with the government’s emphasis and continuous efforts on the construction of rural living environment,although China’s rural living environment has been improved,due to the rapid economic development,the living environment of residents has been damaged to varying degrees,and there are still many outstanding issue.In particular,compared with the urban living environment,the rural living environment is still at a low level.There is still a gap from the objectives of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy in different fields such as living environment,township facilities and residential houses.Rural domestic sewage and domestic waste have become difficulties in environmental remediation,seriously affecting the development of rural society.The rural living environment needs to be comprehensively renovated.For the improvement and governance of rural human settlements,the key is to solve the problems existing in the process of comprehensively improvement of human settlements,which not only meets the expectations of the majority of rural residents for a better life,but also relates to the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also relates to the building a well-off society in an all-round way and a civilized and harmonious rural society.Firstly,this paper introduces the theoretical literature and practical experience of comprehensive treatment of rural environment at home and abroad,expounds the current situation of human settlements in Tangyuan Town,Linqing City,and then analyzes the main contents of comprehensive improvement of rural human settlements in Tangyuan town.After the comprehensive improvement of the living environment,the living environment in Tangyuan town has been continuously optimized,the people’s living environment has been continuously improved,and the overall environmental sanitation of each village has been significantly improved.Secondly,it analyzes the process of comprehensive improvement of rural environment in Tangyuan Town,Linqing City,and points out the problems existing in the governance subject,governance mechanism and governance effectiveness.In terms of governance subjects,villagers are lack of initiative and slack in coping,and diverse subjects leads to uneven understanding,lack of remediation talents due to insufficient government coordination;in terms of governance mechanism,the fund-raising for comprehensive improvement is not perfect,the assessment and incentive is unreasonable,and the coordination and restraint mechanism is not perfect;in terms of treatment results,the progress of comprehensive treatment is slow,and the villagers’ awareness of environmental protection is not well improved.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the comprehensive environmental improvement in Tangyuan Town,Linqing City,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the comprehensive improvement of rural environment from three aspects: giving full play to the participation initiative of multiple subjects,strengthening the management of the comprehensive improvement process and improvement comprehensive improvement safeguard measures.In terms of giving full play to the participation initiative of multiple subjects,we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of villagers,strengthen the leadership and coordination ability of the government,and strengthen the construction of environmental law enforcement team;in terms of strengthening the management of the comprehensive improvement process,we should increase financial investment,introduce governance funds through multiple channels,improve supervision and restraint,strengthen the supervision of villagers and social organizations,implement multi-party evaluation and improve environmental assessment and incentive methods;in terms of improving the comprehensive improvement guarantee measures,we should strengthen the guidance of planning policies and enhance farmers’ awareness of environmental protection.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the comprehensive treatment of human settlements in Tangyuan Town,this paper puts forward practical treatment measures to help strengthen the effect of the comprehensive treatment of rural human settlements in Tangyuan Town,and provide an example reference for the comprehensive improvement of rural human settlements in other regions in China.
