The Research On 6sigm Appliance In Employee's Satisfaction Improving

Employee is the most important inner customer of HRM department.Improving the employee's satisfaction index which the main KPI of HRM system is one of the most method to consummate the HRM system.In this report, the concept of employee's satisfaction and 6sigma have been analysised. and the 6sigma concept and tools have been suggested to review the HRM jobs and to improve the employee's satisfaction index.In order to advance the employee's satisfaction index by 6sigm, the current state should be comprehended first, then by process analyzing, the CTQ should be defined which influence the employee's satisfaction. After defining the improvement factors and setting up the target, the measurement system should be decided. Those data which related with performance will be collected and measured to calculate the sigma level by 6sigma analysis tools and methods. By analyzing those data, the deeper causes which called "vital few" will be fixed on. Then the improvement countermeasure should be builded up and applied.In this report, those illegibility of employee's satisfaction have been cleared by applying 6sigma core concepts and tools in HRM, and a new thought of HRM has been provided.
