Research On The Satisfaction Of Human Settlement Environment Of New Rural Community Residents

In the fourteenth five year plan,the Party Central Committee proposed to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.In the new development stage,the new rural community plays an important role in improving rural living environment and promoting rural development.Since 2006,the construction of new rural communities has been widely carried out in many provinces in China.But in recent years,the community construction is divorced from the local reality and eager for success,causing the dissatisfaction of the majority of rural people.Therefore,the research on the new rural community living environment is particularly critical.Through this study,we can find the existing problems in time and promote the construction of new rural community living environment.The purpose of this study is to study the residents’ satisfaction characteristics and spatial differentiation of the new rural community living environment in Lingcheng district.From the perspective of residents’ satisfaction,this paper constructs the evaluation index of new rural community living environment satisfaction through field research,and studies residents’ satisfaction by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Community residents are satisfied with the new rural community living environment in Lingcheng district.From high to low,the detailed index of human settlements is community atmosphere,residential environment,infrastructure,ecological environment and public service.(2)According to the factor importance derivation model,air quality,water quality,thermal insulation,sanitation facilities,gas facilities,water supply and drainage,health care and price level need to be improved(high importance low satisfaction).(3)Community residents’ gender,age,annual income and education level will have an impact on the satisfaction of the new rural community living environment.The community residents with male,elder,middle income and low education level have higher satisfaction.(4)In terms of the spatial difference of satisfaction scores,the order of satisfaction degree of new rural communities in Lingcheng district from high to low is Linqi Town,industrial cooperation zone,economic development zone,Dingzhuang Town,MI Town,Bianlin Town,huiwangzhuang Town,Yuji Town,zhengjiazhai Town,yidukou Town,qiansun Town,Shentou Town,Songjia Town and Zi Town.(5)In the study of spatial connection,there is a significant positive autocorrelation between residents’ satisfaction of new rural communities in Lingcheng district.Through the local Moran index research,it is found that Dingzhuang Town,economic development zone,industrial cooperation zone,Bianlin town and Linqi Town have high and high degree of satisfaction,while zhengjiazhai Town,Zizhen Town,Shentou Town,yidukou Town,huiwangzhuang Town,qiansun Town and Songjia Town have low degree of satisfaction.Finally,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: scientific planning;checking weaknesses;meeting the needs of residents;strengthening policy guidance;enhancing residents’ subjective consciousness.
