Research On Government’s Supervision Over Internet Plus Drugs

With the advent of the Internet era,profound changes have taken place in various industries.Through the deep integration with the Internet,various industries show new characteristics.The traditional medicine industry is deeply integrated with the Internet.Therefore,the pharmaceutical industry under the background of the Internet has different characteristics from the traditional medicine industry.The Internet itself has the characteristics of fast and convenient,so the Internet medicine is more convenient,at the same time,the scale of pharmacies is also doubled,resulting in the price of Internet drugs is lower.There are many kinds of drugs,which are far different from consumer goods in daily life,so it is difficult for the government to supervise the drugs on the Internet because of the hidden and virtual characteristics of the Internet.This paper hopes to promote the healthy development of Internet drug management and protect the safety of people’s medication through studying the government’s supervision over the Internet plus drugs.This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,the contents and ideas,research methods and innovations,expounds the research status at home and abroad,introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical foundation,lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the article,and expounds the evolution,supervision,the supervision body,the content and the necessity of the operation supervision policy of the Internet plus drugs,and through a questionnaire survey.It is concluded that the satisfaction level of the people in the work coordination mechanism,laws and regulations and regulatory actions of the government in the operation and supervision of Internet plus drugs is relatively low.The main problems of the government’s supervision over the operation of the Internet plus drugs are:(1)the coordination mechanism of the main body of the supervision is not perfect,and the information construction of the regulatory body is backward;(2)the legal level is low and the legal contents are missing;(3)the administrative approval process is too cumbersome,the matter before approval is heavy,the matter is in the middle,after the supervision,and the supervision means are single,so it is difficult to cope with the new Internet drug operation.The internal personnel training mechanism of the supervision system is not perfect.Internet plus drug regulation Internet management is the main recommendations for the following problems:(1)establish the "Internet + drug" business supervision and coordination mechanism,and improve the supervision level of the regulatory bodies by modern technology;(2)improve and perfect the "Internet plus drug" operation supervision law,including legal level and legal content,(3)regulate the operation supervision of "Internet plus drugs",including simplifying the administrative examination and approval procedures,emphasizing the supervision of matters in the event and after the event,adopting diversified supervision methods(building the Internet remote monitoring platform,docking the remote monitoring platform with the enterprise information system,improving the electronic supervision network of pharmaceuticals,strengthening social supervision and industry self-discipline,increasing safety publicity and education,and promoting international cooperation.)To strengthen the professional ability of supervisors and pay attention to the training of supervisors,(4)to suggest the national team to enter,establish industry rules,clarify the division of labor between Social Enterprises,improve the regulatory system,guide publicity,and combat counterfeit drugs.This paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of Internet drug supervision in China from three aspects: regulatory subject,regulatory laws and regulations and regulatory behavior,It also puts forward specific suggestions on Internet drug supervision in China,which can provide some reference for improving the supervision of Internet drugs in China.However,due to the Internet drug supervision involves many departments and fields,the views and ideas put forward in this paper are not mature enough.Therefore,it is necessary for people from all walks of life to give suggestions and make in-depth discussion.In order to improve the supervision of online pharmacies in China,we need to make joint efforts to improve it.
