Research On The Practical Operation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Labor Security Supervision In W City

With the continuous development of China's economy and the enrichment of economic forms,the types and numbers of employers and workers are growing massively,and labor relations are becoming more and more complex.The need to change the way of law enforcement and improve the efficiency of law enforcement is becoming more and more urgent.To a certain extent,"Internet+government" has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of government law enforcement activities,and thus,labor security inspection work has new development opportunities.Based on the new public management theory,intelligent supervision theory and new public service theory,this paper analyzes the labor security supervision in W city through interview method and case study method.Firstly,this paper explains the concept and components of labor security supervision,and the three stages of labor security supervision development.The theoretical basis of this paper,namely the theory of intelligent supervision and the theory of new public service,is also elaborated.Secondly,the current situation of labor security supervision in W city is analyzed.After briefly stating the basic situation of W city,the current situation of labor security supervision in W city is summarized from three aspects,namely,the basic situation of labor security supervision institutions,the measures of labor security supervision and the effectiveness of labor security supervision.Then,combined with specific cases and interviews,we analyze the problems of insufficient depth of informationization,incomplete coverage and diversity of publicity,lack of human resources,and still weak coordination of departments in labor security supervision in W city.It is also found that the problems of labor security supervision in W city are caused by the lack of information sharing,convenience and technology;the lack of propaganda using "Internet+";the lack of human resources;and the need to improve the departmental linkage mechanism.Finally,the paper proposes strategies to optimize labor security supervision in city W,including promoting the informationization of labor security supervision,strengthening the publicity mode of "Internet+",enhancing the introduction and training of labor security supervision network governmental talents,and strengthening the interdepartmental linkage.
